There were ample parking spaces when we arrived. The room was well appointed with a huge bed. It was very clean and there were excellent shower facilities. There was nice seating area with tables outside. We had a small dog with us and we were allowed to take our breakfast into the reception lobby and eat there. Reception staff very helpful indeed. The continental breakfast offered a good range of food. We will almost certainly return here when we next visit Spain.

When a hotel looks after you so well, then you don't like to find fault. The only thing that would have enhanced our stay would have been tea/coffee making facilities in the room. By late evening parking spaces were of a premium with people parking on the walking areas.

The most important aspect is that it is dog-friendly and it certainly is! Although, quite rightly, not allowed in the dining area, we were allowed to take our breakfast into the reception seating area so that we could stay with our dog. The bed is huge with almost room enough to spread out sideways. The shower facilities are excellent. The TV is well placed in the centre of the wall facing the bed.

It would be helpful to have tea and coffee-making facilities in the room. A second chair would also be useful.

The hotel was very good value for money in a good location. The staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful.

Minor point. Would have liked the option of an extra pillow each. There were 2 pillows on the double bed and only 1 extra in the wardrobe. If we’d stayed longer than 1 night we would have asked housekeeping for another. Just would have been good to have it provided as standard.

We have chosen this hotel to avoid problems with parking, which is always problematic in Spanish cities. This is a chain hotel, so we knew what to expect. The hotel was perfectly ok for the expectation and the price. Free parking on the premises was an advantage and getting there was easy. However, if one also wants to see the city, just bear in mind that it is about 30 minutes walk to the historical downtown. There is also a bus available from nearby, but we did not use it, as this amount of walking was fine for us. Very close is an archaeological site of Roman Complutum for those very keen on Roman relics (although there are much better Roman sites elsewhere in Spain).

We were tired when we arrived. We parked easily in the hotel car park and connected our car to the EV charger - free charging was a major bonus. We bought very good food in the hotale that evening, slept well and had a decent breakfast next day.

We had to ask twice for the EV charger to be switched on - but that's a minor point and it was understandable as reception was very busy.

Not in the nicest part of the city City center is a bit far from the structure to walk to. Not many shop and restaurant in the nearby

Great overnight stop while driving through Spain. Close to major routes. Free car parking and great breakfast, everything very fresh and plentiful. Have stayed here before.

Limited evening menu, but supermarket next door and fast food chains close by.

Reception staff was very friendly, smily, and even got us into a room before check in as our room was ready, that saved us as we had a wedding at 2pm

Breakfast was good, just maybe they took a bit of time to replace cups and mugs, also little variety.

Room & bathroom very clean. Shower brilliant and bed comfortable. Majority of staff friendly and helpful. Food and drink reasonably priced.

Room above booked out early and wooden floors meant there was a lot of noise specifically from suitcases on wheels. No safe in room.
