This hotel is very well run and organized in the respect, that everything is very well maintained and exceptional clean! Also, we found the staff to be extremely friendly and professional, we were very well taken care of within the hotel accommodations. Also, to be noted is that the hotel location is perfect for visiting the city, 1 can walk to the center of Alcala de Henares in less than a 10-minute walk from the hotel. Perfect location for visiting the nearby attractions of Alcalá de Henares. Thank you PCM Forum Alcalá for making our visit a very special occasion!!

Convenient location , friendly staff. Very clean.

Not many breakfast options. During my stay at the last night there was a group of students that they were making a lot of noise till late at night and very early in the morning. Hotel management should do a better job by informing teachers to keep an eye on their students. People have to sleep cause next day they have other commitments

The food was amazing. Always freshly made. I mostly ate lunch and dinner because breakfast time is scheduled so I missed it. The price was reasonable and the portion were great. The receptionist was always helpful ,accommodated and assisted me with any need. The room cleanliness was flawless. They had several dinner options. You were able to dine indoors or outdoors. Pleasantly relaxing because of scenery. The rooftop lounge was relaxing as well.The view was unbelievable. Breathtaking! Overall I was very impressed with my stay.

The only downfall was the distance from the Al ca de Heneras was far so because of my mobility issues I had to take a taxi daily which was quite expensive. I finally realize that a Uber was more economical but happened the last two days of our stay.

Nice hotel and polite staff, located at a convenient place to start sightseeing . Comforbable and clean rooms. Breakfast was good.

Only one disadvantage - even though the breakfast was delicious, it was the same everyday and sooner or later one gets bored with it.

Excellent location, staff and breakfast. The suite had a very comfortable bed and excellent shower

We originally booked a standard room but it was too cramped for 2 adults and a 6 year old. Beds in standard room felt a bit flimsy. We subsequently upgraded to a suite

Easy to get to, close to train station and bus stop. Close to the centre of Alcalá de Henares.

I didn’t know you couldn’t get breakfast to go unless you said it the day before. Maybe it’s important for all guests to get that information upon arriving.

The rooms were clean, and there was so much room. beds very comfortable and hotel great. The staff were super helpful and this made the stay even better.

our key card stopped working twice meaning we couldn’t get into our room. It was very quickly and easily resolved but not ideal. Perhaps having 2 key cards per room instead of one might help.

Spacious room with good view, we received an upgrade for free. Includes water cooker for tea and coffee and a bubble bath

Room furniture shows clear signs of use. It is a bit outside the very nice old town, but still on walking distance. Swimming pool was out of order

Jacuzzi pool upstairs, the speed of the lifts and the space downstairs in the reception, terrace and dining room

I didnt get a double bed. There was no complimentary water in the room or even tea and coffee facilities in the room.

Excellent location, free parking on the streets outside hotel and short walk into the town. Small play park and supermarket close to hotel were also a bonus! Comfortable bed and travel cot for our toddler.
