The neighborhood was a little scary.

Sergio greeted us at the desk and he was wonderful! The location is close enough to the main Rambla street but do have to walk several blocks through some shady streets. Sergio was great at directing which ways to go. The accommodations were excellent and the breakfast was superb. Overall we had a good stay and would recommend.

The bathroom glass door needed clean up at the metal piece near bottom metal piece where water creates build up. Had a dirty look that took away from the overall presentation of the bathroom. Also, the towels had someone else’s long hair still in it- that was a turnoff.

Breakfast was very good. From cooked to cakes and everything in between. The cooked wasnt kept very warm but there was a microwave which was used to heat it up. All in all very good

The rooms were very good apart from the flooring. It was first generation laminate which was very tired, chipped and ill fitting. The area felt a little intimidating especially at night. I witnessed intravenous drug taking in broad daylight! This doesn't reflect on the hotel but it is worth noting.

The staff is incredibly friendly and very helpful. The hotel is clean and our room was spacious enough for the two of us. Moreover, the breakfast was fine (not extremely outstanding but you have plenty of choice).

The only thing I can think of that could have been better is the fact that the airconditioning was not really working well. So we had to open the windows to get some cool air, which was fine.

Best location for visiting the city, very kind staff, beautiful and clean room with nice view, very comfortable beds. Staff is always willing to help with everything and the rooms are detailly cleaned daily. Terrific choice for tourists, with the advice not to pay for breakfast, because there are plenty of places in front of the hotel with nice and cheaper food. Would definitely come back to this hotel for the next stay in Barcelona.

Breakfast too expensive and not much choice. We agreed for a room with a balcony, but got one without it.

I was very happy with the location of the hotel right close to the Ramblas. There were some great restaurants within walking distance. I was also very grateful to have one of the few rooms with a balcony with a great view. Staff were very helpful and knowledgeable.

The air conditioning stopped working on the third da, making the room rather uncomfortable. However, after alerting staff to the issue, it was rectified.

The Hotel itself and its staffs were really nice and proffesional. the location was also ok . a welcome drink and some sweets at Reception is a great relax for all the guests.

but somehow its not really safe around that area to be with family. technical side we had problem with our Room Door even though we had reported about it .they said they will make report it but only after check out.??

Stayed previously in April and loved the hotel and location. Even nicer in June. The hotel also was able to do my room request/ for a front aspect with balcony which made it even better. The location is superb - very easy and short walk to La Rambla.

The warm breakfast food choices were not hot - barely warm - which was a little disappointing.

The rooms are very clean and the staff is really helpfu, you can also get tickets to many attractions at the reception, pretty convenient. It's close to the rambla area, metro, anything you need.

The triple room was very small for 3 people and the area didn't feel safe. If you're traveling alone, or a group of women alone, i wouldn't recommend. But overall i enjoyed the stay!
