The staf was allways very welcoming, kind, and helpful. The location is great close to everything. Lively neighborhood. A bit Overpriced like everything else in barcelona. We were even greeted by the manager at the end of the stay.

We booked a room for 2. They allowed an early checkin but the room was very small is felt like it’s suitable for one person. 1 bedside was at the wall. And the bathroom door was broken and not possible to fully close. When complained to the receptionist we were offered a better room right away with no extra charge.

The hotel met my expectations. I needed to be close to work, and it was very appropriate. The staff are very friendly and attentive. The single room is small, but very clean, comfortable and quiet.

I didn't like the location of the hotel. Despite being in the city center, the surrounding area is considered very dangerous. There were many homeless people and drunk people on the street. I don't recommend walking around at night.

The day staff are wonderful. Carlos & Grace (although she said she was just stepping in to help). The cleaning staff are super friendly too. The location is unbeatable, just off the main strip and you could walk to everything. We had a friend staying near the Sagrada Familia (which is a must-see), however he had to take the metro, or rent a bike to come in to meet us each time.

Note that the a/c, by law, cannot go below 23 degrees. We were also there during a heatwave!

Excellent location. Very clean and quite accommodation. The staff is friendly and if you have any issue, the management will do the best to accommodate your request. I recommend this Hotel for a short or long stay in Barcelona. We will stay again at this hotel at our next visit in Barcelona.

I liked that it was near La Rambla and near a lot of super markets and places to eat and drink.Key location for a lot of sightseeing.

The beds were a little hard.Rooms are smaller than expected.I’m used to large rooms.

The staff is just so nice and helpful. It would say that's the absolute best of the hotel. The facilities are fair; very comfortable bed. Good to have those big doors to the balcony for air and light.

The location is central but so dodgy. Not the best neighborhood but close to everything.

Location is fantastic, 2 minutes by walk from La Rambla (main street). There are supermarkets, bakeries, coffee shops and restaurants near by as well as public transport. I was there out of the main season, however at least in December, street, where is hotel located, was quite calm in the night. According to what I understood, there's no possibility for breakfasts or any other courses. Rooms have everything, what you need (table and chair, bed, wardrobe, linen, towels, soup, toilet paper and sample sizes of shower gel and shampoo). As extra you will have TV with various programs, hairdryer and mini fridge. There's central heating working perfectly fine for colder days and my room was always very clean. Hotel stuff was helpful, when needed even though sometimes I felt, ladies were a bit confused.

Street, where is the hotel located, is very dirty. Which unfortunately is not the fault of the hotel itself, but for all potential guests I think it's fair to know. However as said, to La Rambla it's so close, that this is not a problem at all.

Superfriendly staff, clean room with good pressure in the shower. Very nice with fridge in the room. Good air condition. Close to Metro-station and Las Ramblas. Quiet as it was an interior room. A

A little murky but perfectly fine for a short stay.

Location and staff were excellent. Rooms were fairly well insulated from street noise

No wall attachment for shower (which is just weird) and noise from other rooms was often so loud it was as if they were in the same room as me.
