We really appreciated the orientation of terrace, the closeness to street La Rambla and Gothic Quarter.

This is a well-appointed lodging within walking distance to La Rambla and the port. Restaurants, shopping, and tourist sites are close at hand. The Liceu metro stop is right around the corner. Free access to luggage lockers on site was a great asset if you arrive before check-in time and have made arrangements in advance. During the day there is someone in the office next door who can help with questions. Check-in was all electronic, although there was also easy access to customer service communication when we found the use of the washer/dryer combination machine too difficult to use.

It felt more like a hotel suite than a cozy apartment. There were no friendly, personal touches like in many locations we have stayed, like bottles of water, a bottle of wine, a couple of laundry capsules for the washer, directions on how to use appliances, suggestions for nearby grocery stores or restaurants, etc.

The room was very nice and clean. We like to stay in the balcony to relax and unwind. We like the kitchen it’s very functional. The location is great, walking distance from many tourist spots specifically la Ramblas where restaurants, boqueria and shops are located.

Bed in the master bedroom is totally not comfortable for a couple with a small child. It was 2 single beds and when we tried to adjoin it to fit the 3 of us, it moves sideways, we were worried the child might slip in the middle. Hence, we didn’t have a comfortable sleep. It would be better if instead of 2 single beds, they provide 1 Queen bed it’s the master bedroom anyway. The bathroom is toooo small. We travel a lot and used to stay in a place with small bathrooms, but the bathroom here is extra small especially the shower area.

Location: The apartment was fantastically located right off Las ramblas and 50m to a super market. The apartment was spacious. Value: great price for the location and space! Locker to store luggage after check out. Easy check in and out process.

The interiors were a bit dated and fittings were quite old. Some of it furniture like bathroom cupboard - paint was chipping. Tap was a bit rusty. Everything was getting a bit old... but still clean. There were additional stairs up into the penthouse apartment and down into the apartment, a bit trickier with heavy luggage and pram. The shower was TINY! I'm only 5'2'' and every time i moved, i bumped into tap which turned off the water or bumped into the shower doors or wall. The bathroom in general was quite small, with barely enough space for my toothbrush. Bedroom was also very small. However the living room was nice and spacious

The location was perfect with easy check-in. It had everything we needed in it with a supermarket on the street to buy your supplies for tea/coffee and breakfast. We were on the bottom floor at the back of the apartment, so not as loud as being street facing. There were a couple of drawers and a few hangers in each room - ideal for short stays, as ours was, but may have to store some clothes in suitcases for a longer stay/more guests. But not a problem as there is an iron and ironing board. The lounge, dining and kitchen area was spacious. The property was clean. The shower was powerful and the bathroom sink was large. Excellent correspondence via messages.

We generally liked everything. This isn’t a fault of the property (so it’s not a complaint) but being on the bottom floor meant I could hear the people above walking around at 4am. That obviously can’t be helped though because of the hard flooring and I guess they had their shoes on still. There was a window in my bedroom, but upon opening the curtain, found the other side was the cleaners cupboard. Not really a problem, I just kept the curtain closed. The smaller bedroom had no bedside table, but we used one from the bigger bedroom.

The location was great; very near to the Gothic Quarter and the La Rambla. It was nice to have a well-stocked kitchen and the extra 1/2 bathroom was great as well. The balcony was perfect for the evenings.

The contactless check-in was convenient, but the other side of that is that we weren't able to communicate with a person while we were there for little things like getting an extra key and toilet paper when it ran out. There was only one laundry detergent packet. We ended up purchasing those items ourselves, but it would have been nice to know how to request them.

A very spacious apartment, with modern decor throughout. Rooms quite basic but really good value for money so can’t complain. The location was excellent, within walking distance or public transport to the majority of things. Travelling in a group of young women we all agreed the area felt very safe both day and night. There was a supermarket directly opposite which was very convenient as the apartment had fridge/freezer which was perfect for drinks and food! Our terrace area on the ground floor didn’t get any sun but the shade was appreciated and the space was huge! Would definitely recommend and stay again.

It did get a little noisy during the night but that was perhaps down to other guests. Nothing a pair of earplugs couldn’t solve though.

Excellent location. Hundreds of restaurants in walking distance. Size was nice. Beds were comfy, even the couch sleeper was pretty comfy too, slept out there twice, it was nice. Staff is hard to rate cause it's a self-service checkin, but the guy coming to clean the room was very friendly as we left. Balcony was nice!

Shower sucks. No water pressure at all. Altho the water is hot! And consistent, so not THAT big a deal. TV has no apps or anything, no Netflix or anything like that, just local antenna TV. Also not a big deal, only needed it once. Super loud outside but fortunately the windows soundproof very well. Just can't open them at night.

Fabulous location. Nice and quiet in room as faced into courtyard. Basic accommodation but clean and well stocked with towels and toiletries. Helpful host when we were struggling to check in and they were happy to book airport taxi for us.

Some things could do with a bit of maintenance in the apartment, but for the location and space, we found it good value and no complaints.

Right on La Rambla, next to a metro station so easy to navigate around the city

It had a nice balcony but it was facing rooms in opposite / adjacent buildings so it didn't really have any view I had expected 4 beds across 2 bedrooms. There were 2 single beds kept next to each other instead of a double bed in one room. Second bedroom had just one single bed.
