This was one of the best accommodations in which I've ever stayed!! The apartment was beautiful, the location was exceptional, and the amenities exceeded my expectations. The check-in process was easy and convenient. The management provides plenty of large storage lockers that are free of charge since you get your coin back once you return the key. There is an area with some seats where you can wait for your apartment to be ready or after your check-out time, which includes an outdoor patio and a restroom. This offered convenience exceeded my expectations for a place where you are merely provided a code, but allowed so much convenience. The apartment provided a Nespresso machine with plenty of coffee pods, sugar, a carton of real milk for my coffee (this was such an exceptional surprise), olive oil, salt, pepper, lots of teas, electric water kettle, dish soap, sponge, dishwasher pods, dish towel, large bottle of complimentary water, paper towels, laundry soap, etc. The customer service was excellent and friendly. I misunderstood my check-in time and they contacted me as soon as my unit was ready, which happened to be earlier than their usual check-in time. I highly, highly recommend this accommodation. I am just so pleased with Aspasios Rambla Catalunya Suites!!!

The elevator is small and slow.

Great location so convenient for getting around. Really spacious, and comfortable apartment with everything you could need during your stay. Overall really enjoyed our stay.

Few maintenance issues, the shower in en suite leaked all over floor and small attention to detail missing in that hairdryer and plug in bathroom didn't work. Also would say need to make clearer how to find apartment building when arrive by taxi which drops outside no 42 as we were round corner and had to call to check location. Staff very helpful but could have been avoided with clearer information.

Spacious rooms, bigger than expected. Very comfortable, exceptional location, just 2 minutes from Casa Batlo, very quiet. Beds very comfortable. Supermarket across the street and bakery just next to door. Apartment very well equipped, nothing was missing. We had a great stay!!

No staff in the building, whole process is automated, but we had no issues with that. All details arrived by email and everything was clear. Check in went smooth

The building is in a wonderful central location at the “good end” of the Rambla with great shops nearby, a nice patisserie and at the corner of a no traffic new tree lined area. It’s right behind Casa Batlló and 50m from the tube station Paseo de Gràcia (direct connection to airport and station). We had a 2-bedroom flat on the 5th floor overlooking the street so we got a feel for the Barcelona vibes, which was bright and spacious. There is a lift and the beds were comfortable. There are free self serve baggage lockers on the first floor, which can fit big suitcases and that’s really handy.

With this apartment company you don’t get to choose the exact apartment you’ll stay in, which I personally don’t like. The furniture in the living room was ok but on the cheap side, for the price it could be more nicely decorated. The shower was great but the vanity in the bathroom is quite tired. Be sure to fill in all passport details online for your entire party or you won’t get your check in instructions before you get there and then the check in process is a real pain as you need several codes to get in. My online check in failed at the very last step when required to sign in my phone screen and all details entered were not saved. There is no staff onsite and by phoning you get conflicting advice. This made our arrival very stressful.

Size, location, and quiet! We were really impressed with the fast, hand delivered service when we realized the cutting boards were missing from the kitchen. The patio was huge and we enjoyed having that to enjoy in the city!

Kitchen is big but needs just a few more additions. I think it could have some trays/ pans for the oven (and an oven mitt), at least 6 tall and 6 short glasses since the apartment sleeps 6 people, a vegetable peeler, better wider tongs (lettuce salad), a larger bowl (bigger than the biggest one in the kitchen), and some food storage containers for leftovers. Also, I'd suggest providing a dishwasher soap tablet for each night a guest stays... two tablets for 6 people over 5 nights weren't enough.

The checking in from U.K.& also the self check in at the property was horrendous! I checked all my 6 guests in ample time from U.K.-then 4 times had emails to tell me I hadn’t checked in-Very stressful-I’m elderly & became anxious! My son-in-law found check in ( for keys)@ Aspasios as difficult as I did from U.K.We were all very tired on arrival (after travelling)- a poor welcome-half an hour at least-to obtain key from machine ( in cramped dark area by machine)-very disappointing!Needs to be much more convenient-on arrival-NO staff in sight at all during stay of 4 days!

Great location. Easily accessed metro and bus lines. Great food options nearby. Easy walk to Gothic quarter. Soundproof windows/doors worked quite well. There was a lift to our floor, air conditioning, blow dryer, safe, and body wash.

The bathrooms are quite tight and the walls need some quality paint to stand up against the abuse of luggage. The hot water only lasted for 2.5 quick showers. The photos online are frustrating because you can’t actually see the photos for each individual apartment. They’re all mixed up. Overall our apartment was spacious, but the en-suite room was quite tight with a very tiny sink. The other shower was the size of a cruise line shower.

We received an email prior to checkin with very detailed instructions. It had the door code included and also indicated how to get the keys to our room. Location was 5 minutes walking from Casa Battlo. We were able to walk almost everywhere in the city. Metro and bus stops were also quite close so those were easy options. Apartment was very clean and comfortable. Blackout curtains in both bedrooms helped with the street lights. Street noise was minimal.

On the last day of our stay we had some problems with the keys and had to get new ones.

The kitchen was very well stocked with appliances (kettle, toaster etc) and cooking utensils. Everything was really clean. The couch and beds were comfortable. I had to contact the vendor on arrival because the code didn't work and they were very efficient on the phone.

The stairwell of the building could be noisy in the night and morning, it echoed a lot because of the stone and my bedroom was next to it. The dishwasher shelves need to be fixed, they were stiff and rattling

The Villa was stunning but not all of our group was so lucky.

Check in was an ordeal we went to one location, as a group of approx 15 there was a tiny lift which we started trying to move luggage up with only to then get up stairs and be told we were in a different location completely across the road not far but all the same. One group then got an apartment that was inferior to ours despite paying the same money! The confirmation on booking.com is not the same that you use for check in, overall a stressful start!
