I booked 3 rooms apartment, clean, spaces & good location, right in the city area and many restaurants just under the apartments.

Had to collect key from difference place , distance between 2 places was about 15mins away by taxi, it may take up to 30mins if traffic is bad. Good thing is I can leave the key cards inside the apartment when check out. Suggest that you could set up a remote door opening for your arrival guess, key cards placed inside the apartment for the conveniences of your guess. No cleaning provides for my 3 nights stayed, but I m ok with that.

Location is excellent, everything you need is basically around the corner. Apartment is very spacious, cosy and modern. In fact it's so spacious that feels like there are two different apartments. Two bathrooms, smart TV, dishwasher, high ceilings, balcony etc. basically everything you need for a pleasant stay.

Internet speed is very slow, no floor heating at bathrooms, not enough dishes, no kitchen towels, no salt and pepper. Don't get me wrong, we liked the place and staying there was amazing but these kind of small common items missing from the apartment can leave a bitter taste. Especially considering these are so small things to fix.

modern well situated/close to main areas with great views. spacious and trendy.

check in process is difficult as you have Tom ollect keys 15 minutes away by taxi and if early have to store your bags at this remote location resulting in extra and unnecessary taxi rides to get the keys and fetch luggage. this is a big put off but the only downside

Great Location. Staff at check in were very helpful and kind. Helping us book taxis etc. Also have us a great tip- ask for a receipt from the taxi driver at the start of each trip and they won’t rip you off! Aircon was amazing! Comfortable beds, good black out curtains. Lovely little bakery just down the street for breakfast.

It was a bit of a pain collecting keys from a location so far away from the apartment. However we were there early anyway, could store our luggage safely and got to explore a part of Barcelona we otherwise wouldn’t have seen. We couldn’t get the stove top/hob to work. The kitchen tap sprayed water everywhere! A few more plates and cups etc would have been helpful. There wasn’t enough to do a load in the dishwasher. Ended up hand washing everything so we had enough to use.

This is the second time we stayed here and we highly recommend it. Great location, walking distance from all important places in Barcelona but not in the middle of the touristic area. The surroundings of the apartment are great, full of restaurants, bakeries and shops. The apartment is spacious, clean and comfortable.

Beds could be more comfortable and pillows are very very thin. It would also be nice to have extra pillows in the apartment. We asked for it and they brought it to us though.

The location was excellent. Lots of places to eat and drink within walking distance. Also good for sight-seeing (eg Gaudi House is literally round the corner). Very close to La Rambla and Place de Catalunya. Very convenient for the Metro stop. The apartment was very clean and there was plenty of room for the five of us. We only ate in at breakfast time and there were plenty of small supermarkets/convenience stores close by, as well as some excellent bakeries.

Although collecting the key was relatively straight forward and the reception staff were very kind and helpful, it did add an extra 40 minutes or so to our outbound journey. However, we did not need to return the keys to the same location and could just leave them in the apartment

There are clear instructions for the handover of keys but it is 2 km away from the apartment, the apartment has a great location very close to La Rambla, the metro station is just around the corner, overall it was clean and modern

The Hairdryer had a defect, there were no tabs for the dishwasher, the capsules for the coffee machine did not work correctly, cables were missing from the TV and speaker, it was partly a bit noisy at night (in the house and outside on the street)

It was a shame that extensive renovation work was being undertaken in the apartment above us. Drilling and grinding started at 9.30 am every morning until late evening. Although we were obviously out a lot, it wasn't very relaxing in the mornings or when we came back to get ready to go out to dinner. Apart from this, couldn't fault it

Checking in and picking up keys went well. But you need to have a better description where the location of the check in is located. We came out of the train station and took a taxi to location. He took us around a few blocks, charged us $15.00 and we were literally 25 steps from where the taxi picked us up...Not fault of the place we stayed, but you need to make the direction to pick up key a bit more specific. Not "just across from train station"

The air conditioner in main rooms did not work, I had the first bedroom and that air conditioning worked. There were a couple of light bulbs that were out and I am sure they would have fixed everything. But we were only there eight hours at the max.

This apartment was in a perfect location, super clean and really nicely finished. The kids thought it was super cool too! Close to convenience stores for the essentials and more importantly close to the metro and easy walk to the centre of town. Great place for us as a family of 5....for a change, everyone had an actual bed instead of pulling out a sofa bed!

The only small downsize was having to collect the key from a few miles away. After having a difficult flight, it was a bit of a faff to do that. Having said that, its impact was very minimal and far outweighed by the benefits of the apartment itself.
