Great and helpful staff, delicious breakfast, clean room, moreover it has very nice smell, location was perfect all the necessary areas are in walking distance.

They use a lot of plastic!! Lots of individual pots of yogurt, jam, honey, butter, etc which is also very wasteful if you only use some of it. It's ironic given that they ask guests to not replace towels to save the environment but then happy to create a load of plastic waste, and possibly food waste as well.

It was my second stay at this hotel. I like you can check in at 14.00. The bed was very comfortable, my room was very quiet. It was overlooking the nice Carrer de Valencia. A very clean hotel. Its location was perfect for me, close to all amenities. I will certainly come back for another stay as soon as I can

To find something the shower head would not stay in place and I had to hold it while showering

The hotel is located in a very lively neighborhood, surrounded by many places to eat and drink, yet away from the hustle and bustle of the main plazas and shopping streets. We spent only two nights and just stayed overnight, without breakfast, so I can not comment on food. The staff was very attentive and the hotel looked neat. It is walkable to almost all major tourist attractions, 15 minutes to Passeig de Gracia, 20-25 minutes to Plaza Catalunya, 45-50 minutes to Barceloneta beach. It is a bit expensive for 3 stars but it is Barcelona so you can hardly find much cheaper! We are happy with our stay and would happily go back.

There was nothing to dislike.

Great interior, good breakfast. The location was perfect for me, near Milan Centrale and near the City Center but without the noise and hustle of these areas. The patio of the hotel was the best, great place for breakfast adn chill.

The waiting line of the reception was always huge. I gad to wait around 20 minutes wach time for check-in, to ask a question e.t.c.

Overall we left very satisfied with the hotel. Clean, spacious rooms and excellent location. There are 2 metro stations 5-7 minutes walking, bus stop in front of the hotel and one on less than 50 meters. Close to restaurants, marketplace, bakeries. Breakfast was also good, but there was a very nice bakery across the street. Reception 24/7.

The main thing we didn't like was the noise. The walls are a bit thin and you can easily hear noises from the next room. Another less comfortable thing was the bed - there were two single beds put next to each other, which is normally fine, but in this case they were on wheels, which made them move. Finally, not a big deal, but there was no toilet brush.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast is tasty, but lacked more vegetables, non-sweet sauces. We stayed longer, but the breakfast selection did not change for 4 days. The room is very clean every day, the hotel is neat. Room is spacious, the possibility to ventilate the room - open the window, as well as separate heat regulation - a big plus. Very good location - near the center, good area, we often walked everywhere. 24-hour reception.

Mold in our bathroom above the bathtub. The description of the room states that it is soundproof, but you could really hear every conversation on the same floor or behind the wall, it seems as if everything is happening in our hotel room.

Everything was perfect! Great location, easy to reach on foot or by bus to all points of attraction. The staff very, very kind! Always smiling and ready to help! Very clean, the room was made even if we didnt request it, the cleaning ladies very attentive and polite! There is a mini-bar in the room, you can ask for a kettle at the reception desk. There is also a supermercato right near the hotel , a Lidl and Carrefour express at about 200 meters distance from it. Extremely comfortable matress and pillows!!! Although Barcelona is pretty loud, the room was perfect! The street is quiet and very safe at night! We loved our staying at this hotel and we highly recommand it !

Rooms are clean and well-equipped. The bathroom has everything you need- soap, toilet paper, hair dryer, fresh towels. The breakfast was amazing- you will definitely find something for yourself: bacon, sausage, croissants, cake, evgetables and fruits, jam, ham, cheese, cereals, coffe and tea, variety of juices... Metro station is just couple minutes by walk, bus stop is just around the corner. Convenient place to get to all the Barcelona's attracions. Very reasonable price.

During our stay there were some construction works so it was a bit noisy from time to time, but it was temporary and the hotel apologized for this inconvenience.

The staff were pleasant, but as fortunately I encountered no problems during my stay, I had little to do with them. The (single) room was surprisingly spacious, well laid out, with well thought out flexible lighting. The bathroom was large with easy access to the shower. The water ran hot almost immediately. In cold January weather, the heating was so well adjusted that I never had to waste time trying to alter it. The window opened (too often in hotels they don't, I find) so the room could be aired properly.

Other reviewers have mentioned the poor sound insulation, but every hotel I have ever stayed in in Spain has had bad sound insulation. I was lucky with my neighbours, who chatted quietly and inoffensively, and didn't snore. I hope, for their sakes, that I didn't snore either, or not too dramatically anyway.
