Close and within walking distance to the train station. There was a convenience store just across the street. The staff members were very helpful

The location is good, you can go by walk to some city hot spots. The room was confortable and reception is good. Personnel was kind and competitive.

The room is not so big but enough for single ocupation and confortable, the AC was high (quite hot inside the room) and the TV has no proper signal. The poorest rates in my opinion would be for kitchen, the lunch was not so good, there was no menu for snack at the cafeteria and the breakfast little poor.

Hotel very reactive to answer questions before arrival. Personnel very nice and helpful. Nice and clean room. Excellent location. We went to see Elton John last concert. Easy walk from the hotel to the concert event. Private parking at the hotel.

The staff is not only friendly but also thoughtful of the guests. I had an early flight to catch so I had to take off before the normal breakfast time 7am. The front desk even prepared a bag of food for me to take. Never had this experience before. Super.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They offered lots of insight into good things to do and places to eat. The facilities were very clean and new looking for the price of the hotel. the bathroom was nice and clean. The location is good, considering how spread out the different attractions we visited were.

Perfect location of the hotel, good opportunities to commute. Our room was great with a lovely terrace which is rare! Olatz and Francisco made our stay super special, thank you for them! They've accommodated all our request with a friendly but very professional manner with a big smile on their face all the time! Much appreciated

Rooms were pristine, location was surrounded by small cafes and nice restaurants, and was walking distance to many major destinations. Bus stops right in front as well, cabs were super easy to flag, and it's just a block or two from the metro.

Loved the breakfast. Gave us a good start for the day. Everything was fresh,enjoy getting our own food and coffe. Didn't have to wait and left when ready.

The bed was too hard! Pillow could also have been better.
