Located some distance away from the busy tourist area (las ramblas) but within walking distance to plenty of local bars and shops and the lovely Gracia area. It felt safe on the streets with a lovely friendly atmosphere. The room was really quiet at night despite being on the street side and the aircon was really efficient. The roof terrace pool area was perfect for relaxing and catching a few days at the end of the afternoon.

We didn't have the breakfast as there were some lovely local cafes where we enjoyed coffee and pastries in the sunshine each morning and it seemed a !little expensive at the hotel.

Great location, with a lot of bars, restaurants, supermarkets etc. around! Super friendly and helpful stuff. Comfy beds & a great eye for the details when cleaning the room in the morning!

Even if it's a must, there was too much chlorine in the pool. The cleaning staff starts early in the morning and since they are all very friendly, in a good mood, vibrant and talkative you cannot sleep in in the morning :) The cleanliness of each floor (outside the rooms), stairs to the pool area and at the pool area could be better... It did not seem like there was much time invested in it...

I had a fantastic experience with the front desk staff during both check-in and check-out. They were not only friendly but also went above and beyond by upgrading me to a spacious king-size bed room. Their helpfulness made me feel welcome right from the start. The room itself was spotless and impeccably clean. The attention to detail was evident, from the fresh linens to the well-maintained furnishings. It truly felt like a comfortable and inviting space to relax in. The hotel is situated in a lovely and peaceful neighborhood. The serene atmosphere and minimal noise added to the overall tranquility of my stay. It was a pleasure to be in such a serene environment.

I do have one minor concern regarding the jacuzzi. It would be beneficial to have a sign indicating that the facility is for all visitors. During my stay, I noticed two couples who monopolized the jacuzzi for hours, engaging in intimate activities that made it uncomfortable for others to use. Having a sign would help ensure fair usage and prevent such situations in the future. Despite this minor issue, my overall experience was excellent. My experience was not good with the staff as I asked for the meeting with my clients,they allowes in lobby but aftee the meeting ,there was a staff at receiption asked me to shift the chair and should clean the table .. what .. I was paid 170 euros for one night stay and do I need to clean the table just for sitting and meeting to my client . I hope they should consider regarding their guest. All staffs were good but just there is one staff in evening shift was very very rude and arrogant and misbehaved to me and also asked me to clean the table just i was sitting there . I literally never expect this .

The staff at reception where lovely and super helpful. The hotel was spotless and the room was a really nice size! we upgraded our room to a city view and it wasn't quite 'city' but it over looked peoples apartments which just loved as their way of living is so different to mine! the room was cleaned and the bed was made fresh everyday without even asking, the first time it happened was such a pleasant surprise! We also paid extra for the breakfast buffet which was incredible. it had lots of choice and saved us a lot of money as we didn't need to eat until later in the day. It was a great location with bus stops being very nearby and it wasnt even that far a walk into the main shopping but or a little bit further was the Sagrada! I would recommend this hotel to EVERYONE I know and I will certainly be coming back again soon. OH I can't forget about the rooftop pool and hottub!!! The hottub is hidden around a corner so feels nice and private if people are on the roof relaxing. We didn't go in the pool as it was too cold but it was a good size and plenty of free towels to grab when needed. I just loved this hotel and loved Barcelona!!!

I cannot think of anything I didn't like. perhaps the hottub not always being free, we had to go up every so often to check and majority of times it was being used but we managed to get a slot! other than that it was great

I have stayed at the hotel for 2 weeks. I was given a bigger room than I have booked. Was a nice surprise. Location of the hotel is good, in the center. Pool and jacuzzi on the roof are just awesome. That is the reason I have chosen this hotel and spent a lot of time there.

Breakfast is pretty expensive. And 1 or 2 times I had to search for room service and asked to clean my room, probably they forgot. But not a big deal.

The most helpful and professional hotel staff I've met in Spain. While the rooftop swimming pool isn't heated so was a bit chilly in December, the hot tub was a godsend. As there was space, we were upgraded to a larger room on arrival; comfy and relaxing with everything you'd need for a short stay. The neighbourhood is lovely with plenty of places to eat and drink right outside or nearby. My only regret is that we didn't have time to make use of the free bike rental. I'll definitely be back if I'm ever in Barcelona again!

Our shower and Nespresso machine (the next best thing to a kettle for us bizarre Northern Europeans who like to make instant coffee in the morning) were broken on the first day. But as soon as we mentioned this to the staff, they were very apologetic and mended the shower and replaced the machine the same day. They even left us an apology note, some chocolates and some bathrobes, and apologised again on our last day! This is how you run a hotel. Staff were lovely and went above and beyond to make our experience positive.

Perfect location, I was there for Barcelona Pride and it was easy to walk everywhere. The staff was great, the room was very clean and they were nice enough to upgrade my room when I checked in.

I was given a larger room compared to the one I originally booked but the new room has two twin sized beds when it was just me traveling. I originally booked a larger queen size. They helped me by giving me a bigger room but smaller bed overall.

The hotel had nice common spaces, was clean and the lifts worked well. The room was pretty, had all the necessary commodities and a decent size, though it wasn't huge. The bathroom was very nice and modern, but it had an issue with the shower and the water overflowing. The staff was very kind and helpful. Breakfast was okay, the food was average and it had enough variety. The location was very good, near transports and at a good walking distance of the center. The hotel stored our luggage free of charge.

we liked the location. we also like the balcony. the room was always nice and clean. We liked that we had a coffee machine in the room. The stuff was nice and helpful. We liked that we got two keys to the room. Lobby, elevator was always nice and clean.

we did not like that it was very noisy at the evenings and nights. We could hear our neighbours nonstop. We also didn’t like that the pool was a little bit dirty and the hot tub wasn’t really fresh all the time. The pool and hot tub should be cleaned often in my opinion. The water from the hot tube smelled really bad(like urine) one of the days we wanted to use it.
