The man at reception when we arrived was very nice and extremely helpful giving us a map, highlighting all the places to visit and even telling us about the bus numbers and local supermarket. 😀 The location was in a very nice part of Barcelona and it felt safe there. Room was spacious and had all the utensils you need. Nice lighting.

Bed was a little hard for me, but I did sleep well every night. Light from the oven shines into the bedroom part all night and is quite bright.

Very clean, Morden, very helpful stuff. As I booked 3 nights stay in Bacelona with another host, however the toilet broken in the property and the host is very aggressive reaction to my complaint, so I have check out and find another hotel for my rest of two days stay: this hotel is really clean, very friendly stuff, after i experienced the worst experience from the previous host, I found so comfortable with this hotel as I feel that I am a customer and been treated with respect .

Nothing, maybe the shower bottoms get some leaking , Water comes out when you are using the shower.

The staff was super nice, location was great, easy check in and check out. The rooms were clean and well equipped.

The only issue we had was that the noise was a lot, and I am not referring about the street noise but the noise coming from other rooms or neighboring wall. One night we could not really sleep because the upstairs neighbors were extremely loud. Stomping, noise as if furniture was being moved. Maybe at the time of check in advise guests in higher floors to be mindful that there is another room under them so to be mindful of noise level.

The host of this location was excellent. he gave us a ton of info as to how to get around the city and some of the top sites to see. We were a little late arriving and the host stayed late to make sure we were checked in properly. The rooms were comfy enough with a washing machine on site. Location wasn't the closest to most of the top attractions but it is on a road with plenty of taxis to take.

We travelled with kids and the master "bedroom" doesn't have a door for privacy. Not a major complaint, the room was great.

The manager was there waiting for us, even though it was the closed time for the reception. This was appreciated and he was very helpful. The room was spacious and had everything that was meant to be there. The air conditioning was excellent. There was good hot water and plenty of towels and other bathroom ammenities supplied. Room was serviced every day if you wanted it and they did a good job. Great to have a washer/dryer in the apartment. Excellent kitchen space with all appliances. Easy to get in and out of the building and apartment with key codes and also a key card if you wanted to us that. Very safe as front door was always locked. Lots of places to eat around the area and a great supermarket very close by.

The apartments are a a little dated now, but that does not really detract from the overall experience. The door to the apartment was very noisy to close so that could be fixed! There are only 2 apartments on each floor so you don't hear a lot of noise from other guests, except for the doors opening and closing.

Location is great, very close to 2 metro stations if you want to go further, but we also walked from the apartment most days. The neighbourhood is great for food / bars and felt very safe. Check-in was really easy, it's only a 5-10 min walk from the Airport bus stop and the hosts were there to let us in, and give us some local tips on what to do and how to get around. The apartment itself was very clean, great amenities like coffee machine, shampoos & even slippers & has aircon if you need it. Would highly recommend

The shutters were great at keeping out any street noise, but we had a noisy family above us so there were a few early starts. Nothing against the property itself, and hardly unexpected in a busy city!

Modern, spacious, light, clean apartment with all facilities of high quality. Not too far from an L5 subway station (Hospital Clinic) with direct transfer to the airport line. Nice charming neighborhood is a mix of locals and tourists. Plenty of food options and some good coffee. Located between La Rambla and the touristic old town and the modern shopping district of the Passeig de Gracia and Diagonal. Check-in and check-out smooth. Would gladly stay here again.

Clear plastic dining chairs would be more comfortable if cushions were added.

We enjoyed the place very much. The kitchen is well equiped. We had everything we needed. There is a terrace on the 6th floor were everybody has access. The arrea is safe and quiet. The staff is very nice. They explained us how we can reach every destination we wanted to visit. With bus nr. 59 you can get to Barceloneta beach and the station is around the corner. La Pedrera is walking distance 15-20 minutes I think it was. It was just perfect for us, family of 4.

The hotel is placed near 2 metro stations and we could reach anything in 30 minutes. It is probably not the best location if you want to go to the beach every day, but for us it was perfect as we wanted to explore Barcelona and be close enough to most locations. The appartment was cleaned every day and had everything we could need: washing machine ( that could also be used as a tumble drier ), dishwasher, tablets for the washing machine and dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, all you could need for breakfast or more if you prefer. The appartment is not get big, but it is divided very nice so that you can have space, but also accomodating 4 to sleep. For us the location and the hotel were perfect. We arrrived late at night and we received the checkin link and also the code and intructions on how we can let ourselves in. The next morning we finalized the checkin and the payment, and also booked a taxi for return as we had an early flight. I would gladly return here and to Barcelona❤️.

Spacious, clean apartment with everything you need. Great location. Quiet and comfortable. More than anything, kind, helpful and friendly staff! I made a mistake of arriving a day earlier (I had booked another hotel for that day but mistakingly went to this hotel), but the staff treated me with kindness and respect, and never made me feel awkward. I appreciated their professionalism. I will definitely come back!
