Great thing is that you are able to complete your check-in online in advance, and via entree code are able to enter the location. This is more an apart-hotel then a hotel, the rooms are spacious and include things that make your stay comfortable incl small kitchen with water cooker and fridge. There are only 12 studio's, which makes it feel boutique. Decor is modern. Hosts and staff are very welcoming and if you wish, help you with any advice you might need regarding your visit.

Love that the studios have a small kitchen and water cooker. What would be helpful is to add a coat-hanger at the entrance of each room. Personally I was missing a full length mirror where you could see yourself in from top to toe.

It was very clean and comfortable. The staff were so lovely and also responsive to any questions we had The filtered water tap was a bonus!

No dislikes - would stay again! Only suggestion would that it would be great to have beach towels that could be borrowed or rented

I wanted to find somewhere outside the main tourist area of Barcelona and this was a great option and I found it really easy to travel around the city to the main sights. The room was well laid out with a comfortable bed and decent shower. The kitchen area meant I could prep some simple food on the hobs and enjoy super cold drinks. There are shops nearby for groceries and some nice places to eat. The air conditioning worked really well and I only needed it on for small bursts to stay cool. Having a lift meant it was easy to get luggage up and down.

Took me a while to get used to using my mobile phone to get in and out of the apartment (there's no physical key) - just make sure you keep it charged! I found it a bit noisy at night but that's probably because I'm not used to my neighbours being awake after 10ish in the UK!

Boutique apartments is a very clean, modern apartment in a good location in Barcelona near Sagrada Familia. It was easy to find and on a quiet street. The room had everything we needed and was comfortable. The host was very friendly and gave us a city map and tips on places to eat and transport advice. When he heard that we were there for our wedding anniversary, we found a complimentary bottle of prosecco on ice when we returned to our room. So kind!

The apartment was clean, staff was helpful, metro station was nearby. BTW, metro system is very easy to use. There's an Aldi's grocery store, a laundry place and a pharmacy nearby. There's sufficient storage space so we were not stepping over suitcases and backpacks.

I would appreciate some shelf space in the shower for toiletries. It would be great if the apartment complex had self-serve washing machines and dryers.

Apartments were very pretty, located in a nice, calm area close to the city center. We loved design of the place. Staff was also very polite and helpful. Everything looked new and well organized.

On the first day our toilet broke and wasn't flushing, which was fixed by the hotel stuff. But almost right away it broke again. We stayed for only 2 days so we didn't ask to repair it again but found it rather inconvenient. Laundry service wasn't working either even though it is mentioned as one of the place's facilities.

Great location. You can walk almost every place that a visitor would want to see in the city. The staff is friendly and easy to reach. It was nice to have office space and good wifi for our stay. The small balcony was also nice to have and the water pressure in the shower excellent.

The aesthetic is quite cold and minimalist. There are no decorations (zero). Just a tile floor with no rug and the most minimalist storage you've ever seen in your life. It is beautiful but not a place you want to relax for many hours. The bed mattress was also too soft and we had back pain by the end of the trip.

The room was so stylish, clean, new materials, comfortable… I felt like at home! When I’m back to Barcelona I’ll definitely stay here again. It’s in a quiet neighborhood, which feels much more Spanish and authentic. It’s a walk or a short subway ride to the center, which was exactly what I was looking for. Also I’ve lost my documents and the staff was so helpful! Loved how quick they were to reply and the codes system when you don’t have a key.

location great, close to metro etc and nice shopping staff at check in great, friendly and even allowed us to check in early I liked the keyless entry (although I did lock myself out) as hadn’t sent my partner the code. building and area felt safe lift in building staff encountered friendly

balcony is a ledge not uncommon for Barcelona however I did not consider a balcony rooftop has no chairs just air con units so can’t really sit outside could have been a bit cleaner (it was not unclean)however some dust and soap scum on wall of shower etc. bathroom is literally next to bed, albeit there a door that closes it off… a bit too close for comfort tv a nightmare to work so was unable to use no phone to call reception when things not working outside of office hours (as staff are not onsite 24/7)

Cute apartments in a nice neighborhood. Everything is clean and new.

There is some variation in the design and decor between the apartments. The one we stayed in was nice but didn’t have the same mix of rustic/modern look as the photos of some rooms that made us want to stay here. Someone came into the room on the first morning while we were jetlagged and sleeping. That was very surprising to us and never explained. We did not request any housekeeping or maintenance.
