Room is clean, wi-fi is ok and location is very good. Staff are helpful and kind, too. Breakfast is nice with lots of various foods, fruits and drinks. Hotel is near Casa Mila, about 400m far away, and metro station Diagonal is near also. There are near bus stations. It is easy to get to all famous places by walk, metro or bus. There are lots of stores, restaurants, bakeries and cafes around the hotel. Maybe a little loud street where the hotel is located, but we wanted to feel real city life and it wasn’t a problem to us. Very nice experience in Barcelona:)

My children didn’t like glass toilet door without option of locking.

The hotel was located in the centre of Barcelona and very accessible to the main areas like Sagrada Familia and the gothic quarter. The room was a good size for us (2 adults, 1 teenager) and the beds were really comfy. The shower was nice plus the bath tub was a nice addition.

The pool and pool area on the 8th floor is extremely small and would not recommend it for young children who want to splash around and play. When we checked in we were directed to the restaurant only to go there for dinner later that evening and be told it was closed and only offered room service.

The hotel is excellent, clean, quiet, comfortable, renovated and has a great breakfast. The best thing by far of this hotel are the employees and the location. Roberto in the reception went above and beyond to help me with my questions about Barcelona, and Geyza, the chamber maid was so kind and helpful! I am extremely thankful to both of them! The hotel is located in a wonderful neighborhood, right between Vila de Gracia with its wonderful restaurants, bars and cafes, and Passeig the Gracia, with beautiful architecture and high end shops. I am picky about hotels and spend hours looking for the right one, and I would go back to this one in a second. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

it was perfect!

I recently stayed at the Hotel Catalunia Gracia in Barcelona and was thoroughly impressed with my experience. The room was impeccably clean and incredibly spacious, providing plenty of room for me to relax and unwind. The staff were also incredibly helpful and friendly, always willing to go out of their way to make sure that my stay was as comfortable as possible. The hotel's location was another major highlight of my stay. It was situated in the heart of Gracia, one of Barcelona's most vibrant and exciting neighborhoods, and was just a short walk from the nearest metro station. This made it incredibly easy for me to explore the city and take in all of the sights and sounds that Barcelona has to offer. Overall, I would highly recommend the Hotel Catalunia Gracia to anyone looking for a clean, spacious room, helpful staff, and a great location in the heart of Barcelona. It truly exceeded my expectations, and I can't wait to come back and stay here again in the future!

The terrace pool was small.

The air conditioning makes a significant noise when it comes on- it woke me up early both mornings 4 am and I couldn’t get back to sleep. It sounds like a timer sound similar to a kettle boiling FYI. The noise from neighbouring rooms of furniture being dragged was significant both yesterday night and today morning. The pool closed at 8 which was a big disappointment when we realised we missed the chance to cool off after walking for 2 hrs.

Great location, comfortable and clean rooms. Great breakfast for EUR 14. Friendly staff and good facilities. Close to Hop on Hop off bus stop ana 20mins enjoyable walk to Plaça de Catalunya. Plenty of great cafes and restaurants around.

No parking, though you can park in an underground secure parking on the next block for EUR 30 a night. I’d change bathrooms tapware in the bathrooms, and tell cleaners to keep their carts and supplies a little tidier and not all over the corridors in the morning.

Breakfasts, which we had on three occasions, were value for money. More expensive at other hotels we stayed out in Europe. The terrace suite was superb. Lovely to have all that room especially staying for the 6 nights in Barcelona. Great amenities. Location - excellent. Close to MRT, restaurants and within in walking distance of many tourist attractions.

The bed in Rm 708 seemed to creak on one side for some reason. Other than that was very comfortable.

The hotel location was excellent and suited us perfectly. Great cafes and restaurants in the surrounding area, plus all the great sites to see in Barcelona an easy walking distance. The bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable. Could not have asked for better. The bathroom was big with enough space easily for two people.

Coffee in the breakfast room was overpriced and not that great. There is better and cheaper coffee in the cafes close by.
