This was my third stay here. It's a nice choice for a few days. The beds have privacy curtains which I always appreciate. Staff are nice and helpful when you need them.

Mattress was a bit thin down the middle making me feel like a human taco. Probably could use a replacing. Bathrooms are clean, but cramped. No place for clothes when showering and they seem to leak water into the rest of the bathroom.

The beds had individual curtains that make the bed feel more private when you want to go to bed

The city has a turist fee that they charge youupon arrival, per night of stay, and I had booked everything why couldn’t I had being charged for that prior, seems sketchy… The location is not that close to the main turist attractions, and they rent towels, in my opinion they should provide towels and bedsheets and for some reason theres is an incredible difference between the lobby and rooms area

Loved this place, the pods are really private, solid, clean and comfortable. Great that they have air con at night and the window door opened during the day to air the room. Kitchen facilities are wonderful, staff are super friendly and accommodating. Location is great, away from the chaos of the centre, lots of lovely restaurants and bars are a 5 mins walk away on ave diagonal. There was always a shower free and with hot water. Chilled not party vibe 🙌

We arrived a bit earlier than check in times and were able to get a bed nearly right away. The staff was amazing and welcoming. They do have renter locks for your lockers, which was very handy. AC in rooms was basting nice cool air, set at 22 degrees, but if it was too cold you could close the curtain shut in your bed and keep it warmish. The toilets are outside of rooms, so it’s quiet in rooms, no water splashing or squeaking. The pods are quiet when people are moving in them, so you don’t hear much noise. The locker for your luggage is quite big and will fit a standard carry on roller suitcase and some more stuff. Wifi was good and stable. Mattress was firm and comfortable.

Unfortunately they don’t have a freezer, only fridge. There is no shower gel or shampoo in the washrooms. The washroom sinks get waaay too much water splashed every where, although there is a rug to wipe it. The toilet stalls are quite small. There are only three female showers, but I found the female bathroom nearly always empty, so that was okay. There is no free coffee or other freebies like this in the kitchen. It was also a bit hard to climb onto top bunk bed but manageable.

It's nearby to metro, so the location is really good. The beds were comfortable.

It's a kind of hostel that is looking for save money in everything they could. So you have to do your own bed, in the check out you have to also bring the sheets to the reception. There is no toiletries at all and after check out you can't even use the toilet. A lot of hostel allow clients to use toilet, take a shower (if you pay for it) or stay in the commun area after check out, there they said "the idea is you to take your luggage and leave" (their own sentence). So it's a good place to stay, but you are not a client anymore after check out. So be aware of it when you plan your stay. They are not like most of the hostels in this sense.

The location was great, a minute walk to two different bus stops, which provided access to all famous places. Supermarkets and cafes nearby, 4 bus stops till Passage de Gracia, however, in a clean and quiet naberhood. The facilities looked as advertised, we were in a 6 person room and there was no noise, nothing to disturb sleep. Heating was working and switched on by request; the window could be opened for fresh air. Staff was very friendly, allowed us to stay in the common room before and after accommodation time as our plane was later, hence they provided us with a great traveler experience. This was my first ever hostel experience (I am in my mid 40s), same as for my husband (mid 50s), and it felt awesome! Adventure Barcelona is something I would never forget and would stay at Dream Cube Hostel again.

It is a hostel (one can not expect the luxury as in a hotel), all that was promised on Booking platform was provided. There was nothing to dislike, unless someone went with very wrong expectations.

The kitchen had all the facilities/kitchenware you need. plates and cutlery are plenty. also place at tables is plentiful. the room and bathroom is clean. maybe too little nr of bathrooms /showers for too many beds, but i didn\t have to stand in queue, so maybe it is the optimal proportion.

Well... if you would like to stay on a dormitory that means you agree sharing the room with many other people. When you agree with this, the accommodation will fits you . If you are used 2 bed rooms with private bathroom, then of course dormitory is not the place for you to be :)

- They had 250mbps wifi. Which is insane. (250mbps in reception room, 20mbps in bedrooms) - The room and bed were very clean. They gave the duvet covers in a closed package. - Toilets were constantly cleaned whenever I saw them. - Staff was very helpful and friendly. - I washed my clothes here for €7 (they were really really dirty and stinky) and they cleaned and dried them very well. They was extremely cleaned and smells good. They wash only your clothes in the machine. It takes 1+1 hours.

- A bit far to city center. Takes 20 mins with 1 bus. - Regular downside comment: Every hostel should make towels for free. This is base requirement. If they are scared from steal, a deposit might be taken. - Loud and unrespectful people in the dorm. But its not hostel’s fault. Regular spanish rudeness.

The place was clean and the staff was very friendly. I liked how the cubicles have curtains because it gives you privacy. Although when you close them, it's hella hot inside, there are air conditioners in the rooms.

There was the city tax included in the total price and we got to know about it when we arrived. It's not the hostel's problem but booking shows you what is included in the price after you check (if) what is included in the total price because you don't check again when it says "total price". And the pillows were thin, a bit uncomfortable.

comfortable bed, 190 mattresses, enough for a person 190 cm tall. Showers are modern, but there are not enough shelves to place soap or gel. when I spent the night, 1 of the 3 sinks in the shower did not work. Friendly and attentive staff. There are locks (with a deposit) and towels for rent. Always fresh bed linen. There is air conditioning in the rooms. cozy common room and functional kitchen. 2 large refrigerators. The bedroom is separated from the common areas. The drawers are large, quiet and lockable.

I didn't find anything... perhaps I would add another shelf to store non-perishable food items, as space is hard to come by in refrigerators.
