Room was spotless and had a balcony which was great, especially during hot weather. Staff was really helpful and nice. We arrived at the hotel before check in hours, room wasn't ready yet, but reception let us leave our luggage in safe place until we could check in. Location was good, not in the city centre, but easy access to bus and metro that takes you directly to city centre. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby + 24h shop just over the road.

Breakfast was a bit overpriced for what it was. Instead of duvet cover they used 2 bed sheets with duvet in between, not very convenient if you are moving a lot at night 😂 Also, walls are paper thin, we could hear our neighbors in the room next to ours, talking loudly until very late at night and banging.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is great if on business in Les Corts. There are plenty of supermarkets, restaurants and bars in the area. 12 o'clock checkout was perfect. Since one of the evenings I stayed was the night of the Eurovision Song Contest, and nearby guests and residents were seemingly having parties and being very loud on the surrounding balconies, I am happy to report that the soundproofing when the balcony door is closed was extremely effective! I didn't realise they were all partying until I opened the door for some air!

Not a criticism as I should have read the description better, but heads up for other travellers that the hotel has no restaurant or bar (they do serve breakfast although I cannot comment as I didn't take advantage of it). I had a room with a balcony but was surprised to discover that there was no furniture on the balcony (table, chairs) and nothing suitable in the room to use (the only chair was a desk chair with wheels). This is probably the one thing I would have liked to see. The paid WiFi failed, and the helpful staff removed the charge to my room with no problem. In the end I discovered that the free WiFi was sufficient also for video calls etc.

The room I booked was spacious on the top floor with modern ambience and a terrace with a view. Exactly as photo and turned out to exceed my expectation. Restaurant area was modern and nice but slow. Buffet Breakfast was good but soon found local bakeries to obtain something more me. I asked staff about places to eat in the city. My thanks to the lovely ladies from Galicia and Genoa who were super friendly and helped out. Location was a surprise. It's a trek to the metro at Les Corts but great shopping centre called villa 500 meters away. Big brands and super food area. I found it easy to take next stop up from Les Corts and shop Lilla. If you walk down towards railway station there are two reatuarnts where the locals eat and the area has lots of eating places, supermarkets and shops.

The trek to the metro at Les Corts. After a few days it was a drag. Tried other stops. The hotel feels cramped and the other nearby NH are more modern looking and offer more facilities. On this occasion I did not need them so Les Corts appropriate. The room and staff mean I will return as well shopping zone. It has everything 500 metres away and is stylish. Cortes de inglais dept store present and better than city centre site.

The overall experience of the hotel was really excellent, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was lovely, spacious and modern and we loved the large balcony with table and chairs and sun loungers which we made use of quite a bit. Although the hotel is off centre it’s only a 10 minute walk to 2 Metro stations and lots of buses and taxis. There are several local lovely fruit and veg shops, patisseries and coffee shops. The restaurants locally are not that great but ‘ioh Mommy’s’ across the road from the hotel is excellent

Stayed in a number of NH Hotels across Europe and they are consistently good value, clean and comfortable whether travelling for business or leisure. Always well situated close to amenities and local attractions. Close to Barcelona Sants train station with direct links to the airport.

Facilities limited in the hotel but loads of local shops, bars and restaurants right on the door step.A little further from the main part of the city centre than I would have liked but that was also reflected in the price.

Convenient location. Luggage storage available, thank you very much for all staff for help with it. It was warm in the room, (it is an aircon, with some sound)

The mattress was bad, springs right under the sheet, very uncomfortable, they should use at least good mattress pad to avoid feeling of springs. I have never met mattress like this in hotels, it is absolutely should be changed. Entrance with stairs (and an old stairs, need to be renovated) , not convenient with luggage (there is no luggage assistance too, so stairs can be problem in some cases). Towels with some spots.

Room is nice and spacious, clean and comfy. Room was on top floor so no noise to be heard from outside, the neighbourhood is very nice, great shopping mall near the hotel.

Staff were a bit arrogant but didn't bother me much. Breakfast was good but by the third day I was sick of it. Location is far from central and nearest station is a 10 min walk, not worth it if you're going to always be in central area

Very friendly and helpful staff. The location is good unless you want to be close to the beach - a lively neighborhood with a lot of restaurants and shops nearby, two bus stops within a 100 m range, and the subway is a 8-10 min walk away. Great breakfast, both variety and quality wise.

We originally got a room on the first floor overlooking Carrer de Nicaragua but there was a lot of noise both from the street and from some doors in the hotel being slammed repeatedly, so we couldn't sleep. We asked for another room and got one on the fifth floor, on the other side of the building, which was luckily almost perfectly quiet. It seemed to me there was something wrong with the soundproofing of the balcony door in the first floor room, as standing outside on the balcony the noise level was pretty much the same. The overall price/quality ratio wasn't exactly great at EUR ~245 per night, I definitely wouldn't book here again at such rates. The free wifi is restricted (it can't be used for streaming among others), which I found a bit cheap, especially considering the room rate.

Convenient location, close to bus and train! Room was cozy and good view. The safe/vault was reassuring to have. AC helped get through hot nights. Staff was very polite and helpful.

The room did not come with a luggage stand/holder. I found a hair on a towel in the washroom. Also, when showering the bathroom floods a bit due to the shower door not covering the entirety of the shower.
