The staff, the service, the amenities were all just on point. Our room had literally everything from shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, moisturiser, vanity, nail and shoe kits 😯 we were truly amazed. You just need to bring your toothbrush and paste, pretty much. We were very pleased with our domestic ladies, as our room was always cleaned to perfection and they always greeted us with a smile. Breakfast was always perfect, great variety and healthy options. I have a gluten intolerance and I was given gluten free bread and mini muffins every day, I was very happy! In the afternoon, there was always a trolley with either hot drinks, cakes and cookies (for those without an intolerance to gluten 🤭) The location couldn’t be more perfect. We walked almost everywhere, apart from Park Güell, but there are really good bus connections. We would like to specially commend the reception staff, that were super attentive from the very beginning. When we arrived, check in was not yet available, so our luggage was kept safe until the room was ready and we were able to go explore Barcelona right away. When we checked in, the reception staff promptly offered to take our bags up to the room. We also celebrated a birthday in Barcelona and we wanted to eat the best paella in town. We asked reception and they were able to tell us where to go and made reservations for us. On our last day we checked out at midday but were still allowed to use the pool and terrace until we made our way to the airport in the evening. All these things gave us a sense of comfort and confidence that we were being perfectly catered and looked after by lovely kind people who know the area and how to treat you right!

Location is the king for this hotel. It is just in the middle of all tourist and hang-out place. You are well connected to any part of Barcelona. You just walk out .... lot of Metro option for you. Even movie hall is also just next to next building. We went for a late night movie with kids. Breakfast option was good enough for 3 days, with varieties.

As told, being in city center, they do not have any fancy type of hotel facility. But expected the roof-top pool to be open. But it was after covid, so it was close. Unfortunate, not to enjoy that .

Friendlyness of staff, complementary water and coffee every day, easy access to pool/bar, room was nice, modern, clean, and had everything we needed, the WIFI was good and no cumbersome process to log in every time. Barcelona has a few amazing breakfast/brunch places, getting breakfast in the hotel would be missing out ;-)

The view was terrible it was a corner room (#910 twin room) looking over the roof of the neighboring building and its balconeys/alley, on the description it has a checkbox for "view".... unsure that the checkbox even means, it was the most uninspiring "view" ever. The TV is a smart TV (with youtube, netflix, etc...) yet it wasn't connected to the internet and in no way can you get it connected to the hotel wifi, this is really sad for international travelers with kids and most folks nowadays having accounts for all these apps.

Location was near shopping, metro, Las Ramblas, restaurants, etc. Hotel was very nice. Had an old time feel to it decor wise with nice woodwork, fancy railings, you had to get your room key at the desk, etc. Our room was very spacious as we were upgraded to the junior suite. Had a large, clean, up-to-date bathroom. Bedroom was spacious with a king bed. Had a separate living room with another TV and desk. There was an entry hallway once you walked in to the room with a separate door and bedroom to the right and another separate door and living room to the left. European hotels and bathrooms can be small. This was not the case with the room we had.

Being on the 1st floor, we heard the metro underneath pretty much any time of day and night. I'm not sure if that was the case on the other floors. Maybe the location near the metro makes it that way throughout the whole building. There was also a constant dripping sound in the bathroom from rooms above inside the wall. Like there was a chase where pipes were inside there from upstairs. Funny thing is I did ask for a quiet room. None of these things kept me up at night, but extremely light sleepers could have an issue with room 101. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

The view from the rooftop was magnificent. The location was excellent and the front desk service was extremely helpful and friendly. I liked that my room had windows that opened allowing fresh air to circulate. The bed was very comfortable.

For a 4 star hotel, I was surprised that the honor fridge was completely empty. The rooftop bar is a joke. Very limited selection (maybe 10 bottles at most) and the brands they used were second or third rate brands. Their breakfast buffet was horrible in my opinion. Did not use at all. Much better choices for breakfast within walking distance.There was not a pad of paper provided with the desk to jot down notes.

This hotel is charming and very well situated in the middle of all the most famous things to do in Barcelona. We were able to get to many places on foot but also take a bus, the underground train, or hire a taxi with no problem. The family suite was perfect for our family of four as we appreciated the separate room and two bathrooms. We also enjoyed the breakfast in the morning which was included in the cost of our stay. We also appreciated the air conditioning as it was very hot and appreciated a nice, cool place to rest and restore

The pool was a bit small and got very busy on the hot days we were there- but I guess that is part of having such an awesome spot to see the city

The room was spacious and clean and the bathroom very modern and also large. The staff was exceptional, really went the extra mile and it seemed nothing was too much trouble for them, this was genuinely surprising and appreciated in a large busy hotel where sometimes, from experience, staff don't always care, here they do. Breakfast, although a little pork focused, was also very good as there was salad, eggs, bread and lovely pastries and cereal. The location, near the metro and not far from the airport bus drop off and shops and Rambla, was perfect.

We have a 3 year old and requested a cot or extra bed for her, unfortunately this was not provided. I assume the cot was unavailable but sharing a bed with our daughter was not quite the romantic getaway we hoped for.

The hotel is amazing and far exceeded our expectations. From the minute we arrived to when we left every member of staff we met was helpful and friendly. The hotel is situated just off the Plaza Catalunya which is where the airport bus stops so travelling from and to the airport was easy and cost €13 return. The hotel is also a 5/10 min walk to Las Ramblas and a pleasant 35/40 min walk to the beach. The hotel room was well equipped and comfortable and the maid came in to clean and change bedding daily. The rooftop pool and bar were excellent and were never overly busy. I would recommend the sandwich vegetal from the pool bar, delicious. The pool isn’t massive but it’s a luxury having an outside pool in the centre of Barcelona. We will be back!
