The room was very comfortable clean plenty towels etc . Very comfortable beds and good lighting . Definitely stay again when I come back to Barcelona

Well the ONLY thing I didn’t like was the coffee machine was under glass and very difficult to fill . Minor thing but kettle and coffee machine not easy

Beyond our expectations! My husband and I did a ton of research looking for a nice hotel in Barcelona that was walking distance to the center, Las Ramblas, gothic quarter and port - ME hotel is in a perfect location. It’s right behind the center but on a side street so it’s quiet at night when trying to rest. It also made it very easy to find and get back to. From the airport it was super easy to take a taxi to the hotel which is about 25 mins away (about 40euro) Upon arrival we were greeted and helped with our luggage to the desk. I can’t say enough about how lovely and helpful everyone is, we really felt like they cared and treated us wonderfully. They offer you a complimentary drink and check in is super easy. What we truly appreciated was Marina showed us all around (where to eat, the rooftop, where the gym was) before escorting us to our room, and then provided helpful details on how to use the lighting and air. This was such a nice touch!! Room: shower had amazing pressure Provided all the small things you wish hotels would have (shaving kit, cups for toothbrush, qtips, toothbrushes etc) Towels were big and actually fit around us :) Bed super comfortable TV provided ENG channels as well Lighting had different mood settings Daily room cleaning was amazing and they refilled waters and gave little box of chocolates. Delicious! Mini bar and snacks for additional cost Concierge Christian and his colleagues are the best! We sat with them to plan out our day and they helped us get tickets. We also used the WhatsApp to communicate while out and about and they were quick to respond and provide great recommendations. Park Güell, sagrada familia are a must see and an easy taxi drive away. We thought about the tour bus but only had so much time. Taxis are waiting on every corner and not too expensive. If you don't want to spend hours researching and want a fancy hotel at a reasonable cost look no further - Highly Recommend!!

nothing, we loved it all!

We took the Studio ME+ Suite Plaza Cataluna and it was really spacious. The room was brand new and very clean. The bed was really big and comfortable. Also we could easily connect to Netflix from the TV in the room :) Two things which were hugely appreciated: many bottles of water in the room and the staff allowing us to do a late check out due to our late flight. The mini bar had a lot of delicious goodies and when we came to the room in the evening we were surprised by a nice spread of charcuterie and cheese. All the staff in the hotel was extremely friendly. The breakfast was amazing too.

The view from the room was not so nice and we expected the hotel to have at least a sauna, but they only had massage rooms.

The staff are superb, special mention for the excellent concierge service, the breakfast is first class, the rooftop pool is fabulous, the beds and rooms are very comfortable and the overall ambiance is very chic yet relaxed. The location is also a serious advantage of this hôtel.

In the garden terrace the service was not what I would expect from a 5 star, several times I had to look for someone to make an order. The design of the bathrooms in the bedrooms with the transparent windows looking on to the shower is not really family friendly when you have brother and sister teenagers sharing à room!

The property was beautiful! It also smelled amazing in the halls. Bar was nice and the rooftop pool was great.

-the window in the suite room had like cement “bars” through it from the outside. Was suggested to upgrade to the suite for the view and this was on the window was very disappointing. I don’t think it’s like that in all rooms. -no bathroom on the pool deck

This is a great hotel in a great location. The staff are very friendly except the concierge. we tried to see him so many times, but he was always busy and never indicated to us that he will be with us shortly. We asked the reception on four occasions if he can get back to us about a museum we wanted to see. We were promised repeatedly, he will contact us and we never heard from him. This was very disappointing as we would have found our own way if we knew he will not return our repeated request.

The concierge needs to be much better, more accommodating. He seemed like he didn't care

Stunning hotel and room, brilliant location. Extremely helpful staff.

I had booked this trip to propose to my girlfriend. I informed the hotel beforehand (in secret) and they were utterly amazing in helping me make it a special stay. Arranging candles, music and champagne for us to be ready on the rooftop at midnight, and a huge bouquet of roses the following morning at breakfast. The hotel and the staff were absolutely amazing. Truly lovely people, an amazing hotel, with a first-class bar area, restaurant and rooftop seating & pool. An incredible location in the heart of the city, within walking distance of all the places you'd want to be.

There is not one thing we could fault with the hotel or the amazingly warm and friendly staff. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left was a joy and we cant wait to return.
