The friendly staff and the breakfast

It wasn't as clean, as I expected. Also, I saw some cockroaches inside the hotel.

great location, walking distance to all of the sites! also the metro station is just down the road so could easily travel to the basilica for example which was a bit further away! comfy bed, stylish room, loved the shower! room came with a balcony which was a nice extra touch! secure parking onsite which was very helpful at a decent price too. easy and quick check in/ out. mini fridge in the room too! plenty of restaurants locally aswell with reasonable prices

the tv didn’t have many options for English subtitles/ English Channels, would be nice to be able to connect smartphones to the tv as an alternative maybe.

The location is great, the hotel has a parking garage (at the back of the hotel). it does cost 16 euro. Most of the staff was great (except Eduardo). The rooms were big. The morning staff was also great. i had a issue with a booking date, the reservation department fixed it and most receptionists were helpful (except Eduardo)

The receptionist Eduardo wasn't very nice. His colleague at the other hand was great. He tried to help us with a check in issue. Eduardo keeps telling us can't be done and was annoyed. The room was a bit outdated and i did find some stray hairs.

Location- Excellent Over-all stay is pleasant except for one minor thing.Upon checked-in I'ved asked the staff if we can have a breakfast to go for our early trip since its included with the price we paid. Was told no problem they can arrange for that but to remined them the day before which we did but since we came back after 5pm from a long day of touring the place.The night duty staff informed us that the kitchen is already closed & its no longer possible end of. There wasn't any notion to atleast try to do something. They could have told us to remind them not later than 5pm the day before. The breakfast staff were so attentive & excellent.👍👏

AC in the room is not blowing cold air.

The location is great. ( close to a metro which makes it easy to go around Barcelona) The breakfast is a good buffet ( salty and sweet) The staff was kind and helpful. The room could of been cleaner. The floor was dirty and we didn’t have two towels each. After they cleaned the room, we only had one towel left and the floor was as dirty as we got it on the first day.

I loved that we had jacuzzi just for ourselves,and the balcony

Perfect location for us, 10-15 minute walk to the port, 30 minute walk to the beach. Lots of great local restaurants near by, supermarkets everywhere and a short flat walk to La Rambla. Comfortable bed, even better once we finally got extra pillows. Fridge in room, plenty of space. Breakfast at the properly is only 9 Euro which is the cheapest we’ve seen at any hotel. We were in the second building so meant we had no noise when leaving the windows open at night

Aircon was really loud however it worked so we were thankful. No shower screen or curtain so the bathroom does get pretty wet, also no fan or opening window in bathroom.

Excellent location within 2 minutes of metro station or walking distance to most sightseeing. Staff even let me check in about 3 hours early as the room was ready. I got hotel 2 which is away from the main street and it was very quiet barely heard any other people.

A/C wasn't the strongest. Also, the shower temperature would shift from cold to scorching hot. Would also suggest better lighting especially in the bathroom. Apart from that all good.

This hotel is in the excellent location in relation to the cruise ship port and city center. There are a lot of good and reasonable places to eat close by.

This was our second stay in this hotel. We liked it and booked it again with our friends. We requested to have one room with separate beds for us (due to the health reasons) and second room for our friends that did not matter which. The hotel staff gave us the smallest room with beds very close together and our friend got big corner room with three beds. It was obvious that logic did not play any part in their decision. There was also a lot of noise coming from the bar across the street disturbing our sleep.
