Location is superb, metro was 60 meters from the hotel, the port was five minutes walk, La rambla 5 minutes walks , many establishments are near by, the theater, it’s centrally located , it’s a pit noisy , The manager Trevor was excellent and the staff super nice and ready to help. The staff I called the 3 M three super nice ladies there name starts with M , specially Marlina and Martina were so helpful in every aspect

The noise , the windows facing the street is a little no icy and can be fixed, but the excellent manager Trevor was in my room and tried his best to accommodate me. Was easy to get to him and he gave me credit for having to move me from my room until the window being fixed.

I chose this hotel because of his location and it turned out that this was absolutely good decision. Location is perfect with metro stations, bus and funicular nearby, literally few meters away. Public transport in Barcelona is really good, we easily come and go to all attractions (no-stop or one stop). Barceloneta is only few minutes away with bus. Staff is friendly and helpful. Room was big enough, clean, with comfortable bed. Breakfast is delicious with plentiful varieties of food including mouth-watering xuixos. When we will return, we’ll stay here again, that’s for sure.

staff were very polite. Location is great, seconds away from a train station. breakfast was brilliant. room was cleaned every day with fresh towels bed was extremely comfortable. wifi was fast and worked all over the hotel Bathroom had full supplies - soap, shower gel, conditioner and shampoo with a hairdryer shower water was amazing- full power an stayed hot entire time

bathroom was a little run down. - sink was perfect with the surround mirror etc but the shower just needed a few new tiles as some were broken and had raw plugs showing. the door dragged on the floor - it was clean just needs a few touch ups!

Perfect location, with easy acces to the metro station and bus station, very close to main attractions so walking was not a problem. Very good and diverse breakfast, clean room, and the staff was very helpful with all our needs.

A lot of noise! Hotel is located in one of the main streets, so a lot of police and ambulances pass all day and night. Thin walls between rooms, i could hear everything from my neighbors room (talk, snoring etc)

The hotel is clean and well appointed, it's very handy to the museum and about a 20min walk into the city centre. We don't mind walking at all so it was perfect for us to get a cheaper hotel. The hotel has an arrangement with a private underground carpark directly opposite the hotel so that's handy too.

There wasn't much to complain about.

Very clean and reception staff on check in & during my stay very friendly and gave great recommendations for finding good tapas!! Be sure to ask them on your arrival!

Other than breakfast area no place to enjoy a drink in the evening but this is only.minor observation as I went out most evenings as weather so good.

Breakfast, helpful staff, nice and cozy hotel which is not very far from La Rambla street, the subway station is about 5 mins walk.

outdated bathrooms, no modern facilities, air-conditioning(it was too cold in the rooms). Expensive

Love that everything was ready on time and as expected.

That the door keys kept failing and we had to change them a couple of times. Maybe cleaning/housekeeping bourse should wait until noon. If you had a long night, the noise from the cleaning staff will wake you up. I do not recommend this place for a long sleep.

The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. The breakfast was good and there was a lot of choice but they were running out of food and drinks, for example orange juice and wholewheat bread.

A light in our room didn’t work and the shower wasn’t as good as it could be. We expected more from breakfast, according to the pictures. The card/room key wasn’t working at the beginning so we had to go change it-the staff was very helpful.

Very clean. Great location. Wonderful breakfast with a super friendly & accommodating cook!

I know Europe isn’t big on air conditioning, but it would have been perfect if the room could have gotten cooler. The air only works when you put a room key in the controller in the room.
