Excellent reception staff. Good location. Availability of taxis. Good pool area with bar.

No tea or coffee making facility. Dark corridors. Sparsely furnished. No drawers or cupboards.

The location is not the best but the hotel itself is good, the top roof is cool my little daughter loved it, Rooms are clean smells good quite no noise and that's what I love No outsiders allowed The staff when check out was professional and that's all that I need

I use my right of silence :) I didn't like two things honestly maybe the staff saw my Moroccan passport and they thought I ride camels, in fact, I'm a Ph.D. from Standford and I own one of the largest maritime companies in Asia and there is no country left to visit in this small world The first time the receptionist was arguing that I booked for two pax in fact I booked via Booking.com 2 Adults X 2 +1 Child clearly mentioned The second horrible thing is that my credit card is international and works with a particular system to work even when the system is offline I told her to change the machine she said no no the machine is fine when she switched to another one waved PIP paid Spain is great for tourism but some heads made it not the one

This modern hotel has excellent facilities but the outstanding feature was the quality of the staff and their positive attitude to helping guests enjoy their stay. The second reason to make sure you stay at this hotel is the rooftop pool and bar - the view of Barcelona from the 11th floor is MAGNIFICENT! You can have a drink and sit on a comfortable poolside chair and enjoy a panoramic view of the city including Gaudi’s La Sagrada Familia in the distance.

The hotel is located close to the historical centre of Barcelona but the immediate vicinity could not be described as “up-market”. We did not feel particularly comfortable returning to the hotel late at night having been out for dinner (the hotel does not have a restaurant). I presume the hotel recognises this because you need your room access card to open the hotel entrance doors. However, at the time of our visit, there was quite a strong Police presence in the area which provided some comfort.

Perfect, tasty, various, ideal breakfast, the best of the best, I liked location, near to Rambla, near to the sea. Room was pretty spacious, excellent sound insulation, very clean, comfortable bed. Great view from the rooftop.

Staff could be more welcoming, more smiling. I didn't like that the staff were talking very noisily to each other during breakfast, I like a quiet, cozy atmosphere in the morning. There are no shampoo, hair conditioner and so on. There is no tea pot in the room it is a minus for me, after long day of walking i want to rest in the room with a cup of tea. It is unclear why there are so many kitchen sofas in front of the bed, instead it is better to have a normal wardrobe and shelves for shoes, the design should not just be beautiful, but first of all convenient for the guest.

Great service, perfectly clean, extremely convenient location, fabulous view from the rooftop and pool access, comfortable beds, good noise insulation, great showers. There was an electrical issue with our room during check in, the issue was resolved by the staff immediately - we were moved to a different room of the same standard. Overall an excellent experience

This is a minor thing - would be good if there was any way to get a cup of tea or coffee in the room (there was no coffee machine or a kettle, and we didn't see any available facilities downstairs to get a cuppa. Also, there was only a single chair in the room, I wish there was a second one

Breakfast was good . The variety was excellent the staff wonderful

A better experience would to have toliletries included there was also barely any soap in the dispensers. NOT SURE IF THIS WAS NORMAL. This is our first hotel that did not include the basic necessities for the bathroom and we have all over the world. After a long day or days of travel that would have been a welcome necessity. Also our ride to hotel was included but due to airline wd missed a day at the hotel and the car service . We sent an email to booking .com the hotel informing of one day delay and to notify driver after speaking with several agent ar booking the transport company the Hotel we were in formed this is booking .com issue and still waiting on resolution for this

Great hotel near to everything taxi rank outside hotel easy to get to were you needed to be. The pool had a great view of Barclona a great place to relax with a drink and watch the world go by after a day sight seeing The staff were so helpful nothing to much trouble for them Breakfast was great plenty of choice and fresh ingredients

There was 2 things a problem for me due to my disability The shower did not have a hand grip to hold onto while showering. This would be a good ideal to have as it makes showering safer. The other thing the hallways were painted brown and the lighting was very low to save energy I understand the reason for this I found it difficult to see were I was going. The only suggestion to make this better is have the lights brighter or when hotel is up for decorating paint the hallways white as this would make them much brighter without using more light

The staff was uniformly gracious and helpful. They could not have been any better. The breakfast buffet was well organized and delicious with local specialty items, very good pastries, cereals, juice, yoghurt, breads, scrambled eggs, meat and cheeses in a bright and pleasant dining area with the option for eating outside. The rooms and public areas were always immaculate and clean. The outdoor terrace and infinity plunge pool on the top floor were well used by guests and commanded a great view over Barcelona. The location was a short walk to La Rambla and many restaurants and attractions and taxis were always available just outside the front door. We would definitely stay there again when in Barcelona.

-nice big bedrooms -huge bed -friendly staff -powerful hot shower -safety deposit box -luggage storage for checking out day -very close to las ramblas and the port -lots of clothes storage -rooftop bar was great, bar staff were also great -didn’t go in pool but it had a great view over Barcelona -aircon was fantastic

The location is great, very close to las ramblas / the port. Outside the hotel there were numerous homeless people and if I was travelling as a solo female I would feel slightly unsafe as the road of the hotel feels a little ‘sketchy’ however I was with my boyfriends so felt safe, no one tried to interact with us there were just big groups sitting on the street. Not a problem for us at all but I know if I was by myself walking back late at night I would feel uncomfortable - hotel requires room card to get in so perfectly safe, reception is also staffed 24/7.

Outstanding location within walking distance of key attractions. Exceptionally pleasant & helpful staff. Wonderful room with super comfy bed, great bathroom & extra little touches! All incredibly clean & two great outside areas, the terrace on the ground floor and a skybar with an infinity plunge pool & outstanding views! Breakfast was excellent! Highly recommend & will return!

The outside spaces were great, but our visits to these areas were ruined by a few smokers. A great shame as we were looking forward to enjoying a drink or two overlooking the beautiful, far reaching views.
