Hotel is very close to the Sagrada Familia which was ideal. It's located on a very narrow mainly pedestrian street, so there is very little traffic and it's very quiet. Their breakfasts are outstanding and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We found it a bit pricey, but it is Barcelona, it was the end of June so tourism was picking up, and it's location is great.

staff at check in telling me to pay for the room when I already had, and then insisting I had not and demanding payment until I showed them confirmation of pre payment. made me feel like a criminal -.they were not polite or friendly about it. a terrible first impression. The air conditioning did not work properly. The breakfast set up is unnecessarily complicated - go and see how other hotels do this without silly little chits of paper etc.

A cozy boutique hotel very close to Sagrada Familia. The room was very fresh and cleaned daily, the balcony was a big plus as it was bigger than we thought. The shower was very nice as well. The room is equipped with safety locker and a small fridge. We booked without breakfast so I can’t say anything about the food. Aside from the accomodation itself, the location is superb!! It is super close to Sagrada Familia and it is easy to get around in town as there’s metro stations there. There is also a bus nearby that runs directly to the Barceloneta beach. We thought that we got a lot of value for our money when booking this hotel.

I can’t really think of anything negative aside from the walls of the room being quite thin, so you might hear people walking in the corridor, however this was not a problem for us since the other guests were quiet and respectful.

The room was well appointed and large enough for the two of us. There was plenty of room to stow the belongings we needed in our closet. The bathroom was spacious and the shower excellent! The location was amazing1 We were able to walk to Sagrada Familia in a few minutes, access the bus tour there that took us all over the city, and find lots of restaurants to enjoy. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, which made our visit even more comfortable and pleasant.

We probably should have opted to have breakfast included but that was our own choice. We'll try it next time!

The room was really big and there was tons of space! We loved having the balcony there to watch La Vuelta (which was a welcome surprise). The view of Sagrada Familia was great. Every day someone came to clean the room and give us fresh towels - we didn't need it, but it was nice to have. We ended up leaving a beach umbrella in our room for the next guests. We hope that's okay!

Both rooms were as requested, doubles with balconies. The rooms faced the small narrow, quiet, Passatge de Gaiolà. Location is perfect for visiting the Sagrada Familia which is a short walk away. Turn left out of the hotel, left at the end of the street, then right at the crossroads and before you is the magnificent Sagrada Familia. The selfservice breakfast was plentiful, cereal, continental meats and cheeses, salad and fruit. Fruit juice, tea and coffee.

There wasn't anything to dislike.

The room was comfortable and well appointed on a lower floor with a sliding door onto a charming small terrace. The hotel location was half a block from the park across from the Sagrada Familia, on a small, quiet side street. Very convenient. Breakfast was a plentiful and appetizing self service smorgasbord - including fresh, delicious baked goods and a machine that turned a basket of oranges into freshly squeezed juice on demand (as much as desired!)

The room was on a lower floor - and unfortunately the terrace had no views because of the other buildings in close proximity (interior courtyard situation) and it was too cool/cold and not enough light in the morning to use it. The breakfast room/area was very nice and well designed/appointed, however it was essentially underground with no windows, some daylight from light wells at one end.

The location of the hotel on the Passatge is perfect but one of our party was staying in the building on calle Sicilia the hotel is spread across 2 locations and the person on Sicilia did complain about noise Great breakfast and you are literally less than 50m from Sagrada Familia!! Staff were all wonderful very friendly and accommodating 👍 Location, location location!!

We had one issue... The booking was for my octogenarian parents and I understand that they have specific 'accessibility' rooms where I presume the walk in showers have handles in case of a slip. My parents room didn't! I think at least one handle could be a standard fitting! Only real criticism, my dad felt insecure showering... He's 83!🤗

The location was fabulous. It’s really close to the Segrada Familia but is on a quiet side street.

The slight negative was the air conditioning unit was noisy

They have 24 hours reception which is appreciated. The room is pretty amazing, so cleand and have all ammenities at the room, water, tea, coffee even conditioner that some hotels nowadays do not have. A bonus they receive your bags after checkout free of charge and you get to go to the city and them pickup at the time you tell. The price is right for the area and staff were so nice and amazing. They have maps at reception and advise about places if you ask.
