the room was bigger than the pictures look and had nice big windows. the pool is outdoor and is still nice, if you go to the pool early as well it’s nice. the staff were so nice and especially Tara and Pinna so nice and helpful thanks !

Room was very clean, spacious and great breakfast. The staff were very helpful especially Claudia is was so helpful in many ways, helped with directions, attractions, transport - wonderful 👍🏼

Liked it all. Serve red it’s purpose very well. No issues food WiFi. If you are travelling for work or a mini city break good hotel choose. If you want luxury this is not your hotel. It’s above average for a mini hotel. ☀️

I chose this hotel mainly for being near the Teknon Medical Center where I was needed to support someone close to me, so I didn't use as many facilities as I would as during a normal holiday trip. But instead it was important to come and go at different points in the day (and night) for things like taking naps, showering and changing clothes (as well as getting a good breakfast every day) and those things worked great.

The property was on a quiet residential road with a small commute to Barcelona. The property was very modern and was always nice and clean. It was very peaceful and the staff were very kind and attentive. The rooms were spacious too. The area was very safe and very easy to navigate which is always great when your a tourist. The facilities such as the swimming area and the rooms in general were very nice too.

I think the staff could’ve been more clear about how the cleaning staff operate. I didn’t feel very comfortable when I came back to my room where I found the cleaner inside my room without my permission. This upset me as I did have my belongings and my money inside my room. I definitely didn’t feel comfortable after this as I didn’t trust the cleaning staff going inside my room without me realising. This was the only severe negative of my stay.

Friendly staff, hotel is clean, elegant. Corridors look very modern, rooms are well-equipped, you get a minibar, too. There are loads of functions regarding the lightning, and the bathroom. You can be in the center in about 30 minutes with public transport.

The keycard sometimes didnt work, we had to change it. The wifi was barely working, however if so, the speed is very low, which is a shame considering roaming prices.

Staff were outstanding! Met with smiles everytime we entered the hotel. Staff spoke amazing English which helped with communication too. Amazing service and helped us navigate the metro. Hotel is close to the metro, local shops and cafe. Food was great for 11 euro breakfast but local cafes are avaliable too.

Would have been nice to have a bit of heat in the pool and more sun loungers as sometimes there wasn't enough.

The staff are very friendly and helpful! they’re always willing to help for 24hrs. The room was with nice view of the mountain, from where we can see the beautiful Tibidabo. we feel like home when living there and that should be the first choice for the next time. Thank you Tara and other lovely staff members for your nice service. Wish you all good!

It is a bit far away, it will take you at least 20 minutes to go and another 20 to return. but you have a metro, railway and bus station very close

Reception staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Really grateful to Raquel and Claudia for providing us with information regarding the train system and the good dining places in Barcelona. Always a pleasure seeing them, being cheerfully greeted by them. The hotel is also tastefully designed, and love room and the modern furnishing. Hotel is in a quiet location.

They could re-open the swimming pool. Need a vent installed in the toilet.
