The room is not big but includes everything necessary. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. There are coffee machines on each floor and water refill station on the 3rd floor so no need to buy water. Standard breakfast. Quiet and nice neighbourhood, 5 minutes walk to the metro station/tram/bus. There is a shooping center near the metro station either. There are also a couple of restaraunts right in front of the hotel. We arrived at the hotel at 10 in the morning and while booking I asked for an early check-in if possible and our room was ready at 10! This is the best!

Everything was fine but could be cheaper.

I had to book a hotel as my flight was cancelled, I looked at the reviews and the ones I read were all positive- they said it was clean, good location and friendly staff and that was what I experienced. The room were clean, and well stocked with kettle, tea coffee and a fridge. Breakfast was included and there was a wide variety to choose from you could have a cooked breakfast, cereal, fruit. The staff were very helpful and friendly, the receptionist took her time to point out on a map where the tourist attractions where and how to get to them. Then in the morning another staff member helped me with my bags and with booking a taxi! Very positive experience. The location of the property is really good to, close to shops and restaurants and easy access to main tourist attractions.

The room was fantastic and the beds very comfortable. I appreciate the double door to insulate acoustically the bedroom from the hallway, ideal to rest in the morning. Everything was very clean. There was everything one needs to spend a few days working in Barcelona. I would highlight the breakfast, the quality and variety of the products. The hotel is very close to a metro stop of line 3, which connects with downtown Barcelona and Sants train station.

Nothing, the place is excellent.

We were on the run all the time. Went back to the hotel late and tired. But we were happy cause the location of the hotel was quiet and felt safe on walking back at the hotel late. Metro L3 is the nearest where you can connect to every line and places you want to go. The hotel staff are accommodating and helpful as well.

The bathroom needs a bit of upgrading.

The hotel is located near the metro. The room was clean and comfortable. Reception staff were very attentive and friendly.

The safe in the room was keyless. In our room there was a closed door to the room of other guests.

The water station on the 3rd and 9th floor is excellent for refilling. In-room coffee machines are a nice addition and the coffee capsule is tasty. The room is air conditioned.

The bathroom tub is outdated and overused. The room needs some maintenance to tighten some screws in place.

Spacious room (we stayed in a triple room and it was plenty of space for all of us), cleaned every day, coffee machine and AC in a room, water refill station, great breakfast, metro station close by.

Staff were very kind and the room was gorgeous. We especially liked the watering filling station!

Close to the metro for airport and city centre. A 9 story departmental store on the corner. Good restaurants.
