Location was amazing- very spacious and comfortable- great to have 2 bathrooms! The staff was very responsive to quick questions. Also nice to have laundry and a dry rack- showers were great!

The only issue was the oven knobs were hard to figure out as they were faded. Just need to be prepared for no extras like coffee and only small amount of TP. The supermarket next door had everything we needed.

People can’t open the windows, because the garbage of the local restaurant stinks so hard. Air conditioning also didn’t cover the whole place, only the living room. in the other 2 rooms wasn’t possible to open the windows, because of the garbage.

The property was so central and above an amazing tapas restaurant that is used by the locals so you know the food will be tasty. Rooms were nice, a little warm outside of the lounge, very clean and bright. Mega bonus was the Gaudi Palace across the road!

I was in the lounge for the stay so was fine but my friends had rooms and got a bit warm in the evening. We only had two door keys between four as well but that wasn’t a major inconvenience. We had access to the balcony and a large area above the restaurant - some furniture out there would have been nice to relax in with breakfast.

Great location. Supermarket next door, greengrocer across the road. Dozens of good restaurants within a hundred metre radius. Very clean apartment. Minimal furniture.

The back door opened above a restaurant and conversation floated up until late. Close the door and all good but stuffy. The bedrooms opened onto a light well that contained a large exhaust system, probably from the restaurant. There was a hum that you got use to but again you couldn't open the door or window. It was a bit stuffy and we managed with that but in hot weather it would not be good. None of this was the fault of the host.

Good location. The area looks a bit scary but it’s absolutely fine. Clean and spacious. The en-suite bathroom has a bath and an over bath shower with a mixer tap and pull up button. The shower head is mounted very high on the wall so unless you are 6’ tall it has to be used off the wall unless you want to wash hair every day. The main bathroom was very nice. There was no kettle but the kitchen was clean and functional.

It was a scary looking area. Lots of graffiti. A bit gnarly but it was actually fine. It was quiet at night. There is only air con in the sitting room so the bed room can feel a tad too warm. There was no kettle which is a pain but we heated water in a pan. We couldn’t get a second key card which was a bit irritating.

Easy location close to Ramblas. Great large living space. It really is quite comfortable and good for a family.

I only found the clothes drying rack as we were packing to leave! It’s hidden behind a bedroom door (not in laundry or main living areas!). Also the reception knew we were coming but when I buzzed to get in, they didn’t answer for a while, then when they did, they still didn’t open the door and I was standing outside with bags and kids feeling vulnerable. Also no fans, only AC in the living room. We did manage to cool the bedrooms by keeping the doors open, but if it was really really hot, it would not be good. They really need fans for summer.

location is very good, just off Rambla with plenty of reasonably priced grocer stores as well as bakeries, restaurants, etc. walking distance to barcelonata beach and plaza Catalunya. The apartment is not luxurious, but is clean, the furnishing is modern, and has pretty much all one needs. The automated checkin was straight forward. At least we did not have any problems and there is a phone in case of problems. I was on third floor and the average outside highest temperature was 28deg.

The shower head could be fixed 30cm lower. I guess it's meant for 6.5 feet people.

Very centrally located, clean, well/equipped appartement just in front of Guell Palace. It was very quiet and calm inside for such a central area. The check-in was easy, and the property responded to any questions / updates in near real time. Really good wifi connection as well. All key sights were in walking distance, so we just walked everywhere. Many restaurants nearby and a nice tapas place just downstairs - a good supermarket was 2 mins walk away providing options. Fantastic price / quality for Barcelona as well. Would book again!

Everything was great about our stay. Nothing negative to say at all.

Closeness to La Rambla, size of the apartment, variety of facilities, good air conditioning, good choice of kitchenware

We didn't like the street noise at 3:00hrs. or 4:00hrs. in the morning, we do understand that you don't have influence on what is going in the streets, but you could improve sound insulation of the windows/balcony doors. Also you could add SALT and PEPPER into a list of standard items available for all tenants.

The location was very good, you could reach a lot of destinations by walking. The apartment was spacious, clean, all the amneties you may need. A very good bar & restaurant close to the apartment (Guel). Quiet. The managers were responsive. They provided us lockers to a close building, since the building of the apartment didn't have. I would reccomend the apartment to others without hesitation.

Maybe if they could change the towels since we stayed for 3 nights. And the price, but I think Barcelona is expensive in this aspect, so it's OK.
