Location is good.. The apartment is good, but with a family of 4, 2 toilets would be ideal. Overall good experience

A few maintenance issues... An electric kettle was lacking - tea making was difficult in the microwave. Bathrooms need maintenance.. Water always overflows when taking a shower.. Shower arm needs to be fixed

1. good location - 4 minute walks to Girona metro station (Line 4) and Verdaguer metro station (Line 5) - 11 minutes walk to Passeig de Gracia metro (Line 3 and Line 4)/ rail station (for your info, there are quite some popular restaurants in the area) - lots of supermarkets / groceries around (2 bigger ones should be Mecadona near Gorona station and Carrefour) - a 365 cafe around and opened at 6 a.m. - some restaurants around - peaceful neighborhood - 10-15 minutes walk to Case Mila, Case Batllo, Sagrada Familia and ... Loewe, if u r interested 2 good basic facilities - lift - big refrigerator and dish washer, washing machine, clothes drying rack, iron and iron board - air conditioning to all rooms - 2 big lockers on ground floor for luggage storage. - mattress ok - pillow ok for me - 2 twin beds (putting side by side) for one room and 1 twin bed for the smaller room - small balcony attached to living room and the smaller room 3. good response - there is a phone around the check-in machine. seems that u can reach MH people directly through the phone - I usually contact MH people through booking.com. We asked for a few more rolls of toilet paper and washing machine powder/tablets and they feedbacked quite quick. (i messaged them on day 1 and checked message on day 2) We are a group of 3 staying in a 2 room and 1 toilet apartment on 5th floor for 6 nites and it was a comfortable stay

1. bath room not very good (water easily splashes around, and the ventilation can be better) 2. as expected: 1) no salt, suger and oil, 2) seems only spanish tv channels

Unlike others, had no problem getting into apartment with the booking in machine. Comfy beds, 2 little balconies, girls like you could access Netflix. Big bedrooms. Air conditioning worked really well in all rooms. Prompt responses with company via Booking re timings etc. The ability to leave luggage in locker as we had late evening flight. Location great. Close to metro. Could see Sagrada familia from balcony (5th floor). Lots of places to eat nearby.

Mainly the bathroom- the floor got soaked every time we had a shower as the shower door not long enough. No ventilation (presume that's why door panelling warped) and ants on floor and towels. Kitchen - No oven gloves so used the flannel sized tea towel provided - not ideal. Cleaner blamed us for other guests leaving their rubbish in the hallway.

The location was in a relatively quiet neighbourhood, and not too far from a subway station (Girona). Barcelona has many 24-hour grocery stores, and there were 2 within 100m of the apartment which was very convenient. The apartment was only a 15-20 min walk to some of the main shopping districts in Barcelona (ie: Las Ramblas, Passeig de Gracía).

The reception and key pickup was designed to be self-service - except that we needed to ring the doorbell to get into the main lobby to access the self-serve kiosk. We arrived around 10:30 in the evening, and rang the doorbell multiple times but no one answered to let us in. We even called the phone numbers listed on the entrance door, AND in the welcome email multiple times with no answer. Luckily, some other patrons were walking out, and we were able to convince them to let us in to do our self-serve checkin to pick up our keys. This was the only hiccup.

The apartment was perfectly sized. had an amazing view to the street from the balcony and it was super clean on my arrival. The bed was comfortable and didn't hear any noise during the night.

I tried to extend my stay and contact the property but they asked me contact booking.com which told me they had to contact them(the chain of broken phone calls). Only got a reply after my checkout time. I think they could have just told me NO right away if they couldn't extend it. Instead left hanging when I had a cancelled flight and had to figure out what to do the next day. So that could have been handled better.

Location was amazing. Nice view. Lovely, modern, bright apartment. All required amenities. Very clean. Easily accessed. No hassle with check-in which was great considering it was very late at night. 2 coffee shops directly opposite with a little market and restaurant at the end of the street on the other corner.

We were in apt 52. One of the single beds makes awful noise with the slightest movement. The one nearest the window. I had to move out to the couch as it woke me and my friend up anytime I moved. The other bed was also much more comfortable. Not the same quality mattress. Didn't like that the hand-towels were hanging directly over the toilet bowl. Not very hygienic. Had to remember to close the lid anytime we flushed.

The rooms were great, and the bedding was excellent. The shops and restaurants nearby were great. The rooms were clean and tidy.

I was not informed that we would have to pay by card on arrival. I had previously asked to pay for the accommodation before we arrived. Was told that the accommodation would be taken from my account, so was shocked that I had to have a card to pay on arrival. As my bag was in the lockup and my friend was shopping who had the key, I was stuck waiting for 2 hours to be able to get a card to access the room. Please let people know that they have to have a physical card on arrival.

The location was great. The apartment has all the necessary amenities. Kitchen was all equipped.

The access to the apartment was not easy for us. There is an banking machine which required you to pay and also the passports. We were not advised about it before. Also, when I reserved the apartment I thought I paid before so I was surprised to find out that I have to pay at the entrance. When I reserved the apartment the pictures were showing 2 beds in one bedroom not only one bed. That was confusing.

I can not say enough to describe how pleasant our stay was at this place! the apartment is big with all you need to enjoy your time there. Amazing location, half a mile to everywhere: bakery’s, restaurants, train station etc. Great value for our $ super fast and responsive host. I can not wait to be back!

Check in process with the machine was a bit chaotic, declined my 2 credit cards and the Reception person Francisco Cazares was willing to leave my family on the street @11 pm. rude and disrespectful. I contacted the host via text message and they replied in the first minutes, so do not waste your time with the reception staff.

Excellent location in the heart of Barcelona. About 4 blocks from the metro or bus stop with easy access anywhere in the city. Complete kitchen, good washer, bathroom stocked with soap and shampoo. We slept very well in the comfy beds with blackout shades and great air conditioning!

Check in was through a computer and any problems were resolved through a remote staff via messaging on Bookings.com. They were responsive to our questions so this was not a problem. The facilities were well kept, clean, and comfortable. A few supplies like coffee for the coffee maker would have been a nice addition.
