Fantastic apartment in the heart of Barcelona! The location was perfect.

The cleaning kit did not have enough products in it. For example we were only given 2 dishwasher tablets for 4 people for 4 nights. Also not enough toilet tissue, so we had to buy quite a few bits that I would have expected to be provided. Also not enough towels.

Had an occasion where the key got stuck in the door. This was around 8 or 9 pm. Had to call the emergency number. Was told someone would come over soon. 3 ladies came in and also tried. Key would not come out. Finally after attempt after attempt, the key came out. When Juan, manager, came the next morning, he basically was giving me a lesson on "how to take a key out of the lock." That was very insulting after I had repeated the scenario to him a few times. I just basically let him continue and waited for him to just stop talking. That left a bad taste in my mouth. Also although I liked the apartment, was disappointed in the size of the second bedroom and the fact there was no TV in that room.

The apartment was very spacious and very clean and nicely furnished. We have been traveling in Spain for 2 weeks, and this is the best apartment of our stay! The staff were friendly although we didn’t interact too much as we checked-in after office hours, but the process was seamless. The location was very central too - we walked to most places, or took the metro/ buses nearby. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely recommend it! It was also very well-equipped with kitchenware and detergent for laundry and dishes!

I highly recommend the Fuster Apartments at Carrer de Valencia, where we stayed 11 nights for our summer vacation. Our apartment was located at the 4th floor with the beautiful view on the houses located nearby and the Sagrada Familia tower tops. We appreciated the most the very friendly and helpful team from the reception (present in the building from early morning till evening). The communication with the host was great prior to our arrival and also throughout our stay. We have got all the required instruction for self check-in as we arrived from the airport outside the working time of the reception team. It all went very easy. The apartment was very clean and well equipped, we enjoyed very comfortable beds (we stayed as 4 and appreciated two bedrooms and two bathrooms). The location is also great as it is in the nice and safe district with easy access to all the daily required shops and transportation (Girona underground station, bus stop just near the building). Despite the quite intensive traffic on the Carrer de Valencia, the apartment was quiet what we also noticed and enjoyed. We recommend daily shopping in the Mercat de la Concepció (3 minutes walk) where you can find all local specialties, from bakery through vegetables and fruits to full variety of the fresh sea food. You can also buy a ready hand made dishes or even eat breakfast or lunch there. The Sagrada Familia or Paseig de Gracia, where other Gaudi’s building are located, are just 10 minutes walk away. Arc de Triomf with railway station and bus station nearby is 17 minutes walk with great number of bars, restaurants and great ice creams (Obrador DelaCrem, Paseig de Sant Joan, 59) on the way. Once we are thinking of coming back to Barcelona the Fuster Apartments will for sure be our preferred place to stay again.

Comfortable accommodation in the city center, within walking distance of Gaudi's work (Sagrada família, Casa Batllo, Casa Milá, etc.) Bus and metro stops are nearby. There are plenty of grocery stores nearby and two streets to the left, there is a nice and big fresh food market. There are also quite a few restaurants where they cook well. The accommodation staff was very good, Judith in particular was great and very helpful. Judith, you are number one! I recommend it, according to reviews and our experience, it is a long-term high standard of services.

We stayed for 4 days in Fuster Apartments and everything was perfect. The apartments are very, very beautiful, spacious, everything was clean and the kitchen is very well equipped. The beds were comfortable and the living room was nice to sit together after a day out in the city. There is a nice view from the balcony to Sagrada Familia. Right next to the apartment are great places to eat and also various supermarkets and a metro station are nearby. Contact with Juan the reception manager was great. He responded quickly all the time before our stay and as I arrived a litte bit before 6pm when the reception closes I even got a personal introduction to the 2 apartmens we booked (I picked up the keys from the lock box as it was unsure if I would arrive before or after 6). Thanks again for your warm welcome!

Nothing. If there is anything that could be better then it's the size of the 2nd bedroom. It's a bit small for 2 adults, but it was no problem for us as we were a group of friends and just left the door open while sleeping.

The receptionists were amazing. They are kind and accommodating. Super helpful in all inquiries and requests! The lighting in the apartment was amazing as well. There was cleaning kit provided which includes detergent. There was Netflix access on the tv. Location was also very continent, walking distance to all major attractions with the option of public transportation. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

Our passports got stolen from the rooms. However, the staff supported us really well and even gave us another place to stay while we got things sorted.

We had the best time at the Fuster Apartments! Juan, the manager was super friendly, helpful and caring! The apartment is great! 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, super comfortable and beautiful! The neighborhood was amazing, full of delicious restaurants, bars and the metro was only few blocks away!

Nothing to complain about it, we had a great experience, would love to go back sometime!!

Location was excellent residential neighborhood between Sagrada Familia and Casa Mila and Casa Batlló. The apartment and it’s well lit and charming courtyard made us feel like it was our home away from home. The staff was very helpful and cheerful.Communication excellent. Great layout of apartment and very clean and comfortable. Bathrooms very good size and newer condition. Large kitchen with newer appliances. I enjoyed cooking there. Plenty of storage space in master BR. Great neighborhood options for dining, groceries, delis and bakeries.

Only a very few things were lacking. An extra blanket or two would have been helpful (I should have asked for one). Kitchen tools were sparse given the size of the otherwise well appointed Kitchen. I suggest the following essentials to be added to be a truly working kitchen (Spatula, cork screw, peeler). We made due, and I did not ask management about this. Though the sliding wall of the Master Bedroom affords some visual privacy The open shelving between living/dining area and Master Bedroom is problematic. (recommend putting a back on the shelves)
