Good location, large room, nice decor and big comfy bed!

We were sad that you couldn’t access the balcony from the room as this was partly why we had booked this particular hotel. Because of the this and the works we feel it should have been reflected in the price. There also wasn’t any USB sockets in the room.

The staff is very helpful and polite, the room is clean and comfortable, plenty of TV channels, great breakfast, great location, great shopping around, close to public transportation, absolutely lovely 4 days for my disabled husband and me in the wonderful Barcelona. Mamy thanks and compliments to the hotel staff. We will definitely return and recommend this to others. Thanks again ❤️❤️

Room are compact but have what you need. Very good location, lots of nice restaurants near by and if you like to walk round a city this is a great place to be based. The Honesty bar is a nice idea and the breakfast was very good, better than i had expected. Staff were very helpful.

Only thing is how the bathroom is laid out and not having a door for the bathroom / toilet exactly was a bit odd in such a small room.

It was located in a convenient location to walk or transit to some of the major tourist sites. There were lots of restaurants and cafes in the direct vicinity but also a short commute to ones further away. Staff was very friendly and accommodating- we got upgraded to room w/ balcony which I had requested on booking. The room designs were modern, trendy.

The wifi connection wasn’t the greatest. We had two single beds, it was small for a person of my size (5’11) but I still slept comfortably. They I didn’t provide wash cloths like most hotels I’ve been to- only towels, which I think should be mentioned.

The place is very central; approximately 10 minutes away from La Sagrada Familia (by foot). Staff was lovely and breakfast was rich with options. Value for money is ok given the context (centre of one of the most popular tourist destination on earth). We had a small incident where room service charged us twice one particular evening (we ordered food online and then the waiter charged us at the door as well) - but the staff at reception was quick to sort out the issue the next day. We weren't the biggest fans of the city, but if we ever come back, we'll most likely stay here again.

We stayed on the upper floor; booking a room with a balcony and stunning views. Unfortunately there was a bit of a mildew smell in the room; especially during the first night. It slowly dissipated during our stay. It wasn't that bad to put us off and we certainly didn't want to exchange the room (due to the views)

Location .. comfort .. rooms were clean and remade everyday

Was quite shocked when we received the final bill .. almost 80 quid for a couple of drinks and a few packets of snacks

Stylish interior, very friendly & kind staff, large rooms, good services on offer (extensive room service menu which is reasonably priced & large mini-bar).

I booked a double room but the bed was 2 twins put together, which is common and doesn't bother me, however the mattresses kept separating & meant i almost slid off with the mattress multiple times. I felt like I was in a single bed... the 1/2 I slept in was very comfy at least. They need to put a double mattress topper + strong velcro or something to fix the issue. A.C. wasn't very powerful.

Exceptionally clean modern facility - think premier Inn in a ultra modernised old historic building, Conveniently located for the City's attractions with an excellent breakfast to start the day (available from 7am to 12 noon

The modern opaque glass dividers for toilets in the room did not provide privacy or modesty.....the fact that the shower glass enabled privacy shows a design fault ie it should have been the other way round.....do I really want to see my spouse using the toilet ? This hotel is ideal for a short break where you want flexibility but it is not for relaxing with lots of facilities or relaxing ambience

Great staff , which was always friendly and helpful in any matters Big breakfast room with plenty of good breakfast choices. Great spacious room with all amenities. Hotel is located about 10 min walk to Passeig de Grácia , which is one of the street with a lot of brand shops, and same amount to the start of La Rambla. It takes a while to reach the end of it towards to sea. Diagonal metro station at around 10min. Walk , some bus station in the proximity of the hotel. Quite a few nice restaurants in the neighborhood

The hotel will start some major renovation soon, but had first works commencing during the day I.e. 10 am and 5 pm. So sometimes you can hear people use the hammer.

Location is excellent! Our room was into courtyard and it was very quiet despite central streets being next door. service is good. The tote bag, notebook, chocolate and little bag tag were a pleasant surprise along with the little messages left for us.

Public toilets on the ground floor could have a better attendance. When cleaning some items vould have been replaced or brought but it was not a big issue as every time we hve mentioned coffee sachets or tissues missing - they were given us in an instant
