I loved the apartment, very close to the metro and all other stuff around. Shops were close by too. Every few stores, there is a corner shop where you get almost anything. Lots of food places around. Easy to get from aeroport using metro. It has an elevator as well and the room had a safe box as well. Will stay here again or any other MH apartments as we were happy with it.

1. Automated check in procedure 2. Main door, not sure how to explain but there is a barrier / step you need to go over.... Not a problem for us but if u have a push chair or wheel chair u will need to lift it. We didn't check is that barrier can open manually as we didn't need too. 3. On check out, we had to empty bins, that wasn't a problem but to take it out of the building and empty it on the street bins, not sure where to empty it.

Very large, clean apartment with wonderfully comfortable beds. Fabulous location in the middle of Barcelona...20 mins walk from Sagrada Familia, lower Gothic Quarter, or Passeig de Gracia. Also a perfect location for a morning walk or jog to the Arc de Triomf and into the Parc de la Cituadella. Tetuan metro right out the door and Arc de Triompf station 5-7 mins walk. Restaurants and coffee shops all around. The apartment is very spacious and well equipped, albeit a tiny bit more rustic than we had thought from the pictures, but quite nice. The beds are two twins pushed together to form a king in two of the bedrooms, (one with en suite bath) and a single twin bed in the third bedroom. Very comfortable beds that we compared back to for the rest of our trip. Another full bath for the other two bedrooms to share. Shampoo, body wash and sponge, dish soap provided. The three bedroom apartment number 5-2 does not face the road at all, so road noise is not a problem. In mid June there was still a school in session next door and our apartment looked to their courtyard, but we didn't hear them softly til almost 9AM with a louder older group around 10:30AM. Fun noise though, hearing the kids at play. Very quiet at night. Keys are generated through a check-in machine in the lobby. Very efficient and at the time we checked in, there were staff standing by to make sure we completed without issue. We could have likely checked in early too, if not for our flight delay. There is a lift and stairs. Three bedroom is on the 5th floor. Definitely recommend. Great value for the space, comfort and convenience.

There is no WhatsApp number for contact, so I only contacted them when needed through the booking app and they were responsive in short turnaround. There were no directions on how to operate the cooktop, so for the benefit of those to follow who may not be familiar...1) push the lock/unlock button once 2) press and hold the power button, at which time each of the burner lights will flash a zero (I believe) and then 3) use the + to up the heat on the burner of choice..

They knocked our door 5min to the check out time 11h. It might seem ridiculous but the way the told us to leave without smiling and only pointing their watch was a bit rude.

Apartman is beautiful, one of the best looking apartments that we ever been. It's large and well equipped with everything you may need. Additionally, we had so many extra towels, it really felt like luxury. Amazing location, you can get on foot anywhere. There is a subway station directly next to the building. It is located in a district with lot of fantastic restaurants. Super easy check in, you do it all yourself. We even showed up an hour earlier. Flat was very clean.

It's quite noisy. It is located on one of the main squares with high traffic rate. The constant traffic buzzing in the background is annoying if you want to sleep, especially during the day (if you have a small child for example). Because of the noise, you can't open the window during the night. However there are windows looking at the courtyard, but then you can hear any noise made in other apartments next to you. In general, you are dependent on a air-conditioning for some "fresh" air.

The location is also fantastic, as it is easily accessible to almost everything. I loved that the shopping store was just a short walk away, making it convenient for me to grab any essentials or souvenirs. Additionally, being able to walk to the beach was a huge plus for me. It allowed me to enjoy the beautiful coastline without having to worry about transportation. There were also plenty of restaurants nearby, offering a variety of dining options. And if I needed any last-minute items, the convenience store was just around the corner. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment for its spaciousness and convenient location. It made my stay in the area truly enjoyable!"

Really central location, and very spacious apartment. Was brilliant for the 5 of us to stay in there. Apartment is very bright and historic/beautiful.

The windows were towards a school so there was a bit of noise with windows open. No kettle in the apartment. Slightly complex check-in system as you need to do it all via a screen, however was able to call support staff with the phone next to it. When arriving by car, there is no where to park really to unload the suitcases as the apartment is literally on a big roundabout.

The apartment is really spacious which was good for four of us. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need from washing machine, fridge and freezer compartment. Nice location as it was easy access to most places and not a long walk to the beach. Very good value for Monday.

The only thing with the property was you could hear other guests coming to there rooms and the doors shutting to the apartments were very loud but I suppose this is the case for most apartments in busy cities. Only a little thing though as once guests were in their apartment we couldn’t hear any noise. Wouldn’t put me off re-booking.

electronic dispensing box was real nice touch, and the 2 maintenance ladies were extremely nice to put away our bags until check in time, they EVEN brought our bags up to our room. Remember to leave a tip, as they work real hard to keep it clean! Central to all places, short walk to Las Ramblas, Sagrada Familia church, shopping , attractions and hop on hop off bus stops. Great choices of food everywhere, and subway right at the front door, nothing better!

There was no down side to this apartment, older building but real clean and modernized!

Comfortable and spaceous apartment in very good location within the walking distance to Las Ramblas ( 20 min walk) and all the city centre attractions. Metro station and bus stop just outside. Small grocery shop & restaurants are downstairs and farmacy & bakery within 2 min walk. It was perfect for our group of friends ( plus for a twin beds and 2 bathrooms). Neighborhood was clean and in my opinion safe. Apartment was't very modern but it had it's charm and it was perfect for our girls trip. Thank you for an early check in as well.

Kitchen could have some basic food products like olive oil, salt, tea, coffee capsules etc.

At the beginning I did not understand the procedure. I arrived to a different location and we were able to keep our suitcases free of charge until the check in time was possible. This was very convenient and good.

The person who was in contact with us by a ladline (before and during the check in) tried to help us but sometimes she does not have patience and we were not familiar with the system to check in.
