The staff were amazing and very accommodating. The hotel offered me free breakfast for one day and there was a welcome note with chocolates on the bed when I arrived. They also helped me change the room (and upgraded it) when i complained about noise. The lobby area is very well-kept and the breakfast was really nice.

There was construction work happening outside the room I was given initially. The noise was unbearably loud. The reception staff rightly said that they couldn’t do anything about the noise but could change my room. In fact they gave me a much bigger room. But the walls are not noise proof and even in the new room, the noise from outside (this time from the hotel) and from the adjoining rooms was quite loud. This is an architectural problem and not anything the current management can deal with.

The room was a nice size and stayed relatively cool even without putting on the air conditioning. The bed was very large and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and allowed us to securely store our bags after check out. There was shampoo and conditioner in the shower which was a pleasant bonus. There are many restaurants/cafe's/supermarkets in the nearby area.

There wasn't much privacy when using the bathroom due to the glass door and glass tops of the wall. This also meant when using the bathroom at night the light would flood the bedroom too.

Our safe wasn’t working and we were told it was fixed, only for the alarm to go off at 2am. Night manager had to come to the room to turn it off. The second night the guests in the next room were very loud, singing and shouting at 12:00am. However we called reception and the Night Manager came immediately and asked them to be quiet, which worked. So unfortunately despite this being a fab hotel, we had two very bad nights sleep!

I really like the place where this hotel is because is near the Sagrada Familia and the center without be very near with all the caos that it may be there. The staff was very kind for all the fases such us check-in/-out, giving info and etc... The cleanings were very good and of high level according our standard. The room was little but very nice, fresh and modern. I really like the bathroom with this great shower and the disponibility of beauty product by the Hotel. I have really enjoyed them! I suggest to stay here :)

The sound-proofing of the rooms was the only bad point of this Hotel but if you are really tired after a long day you will not hear nothing!

The hotel was super clean. My room was for one person and there was no balcony. However it was quite clean and facilities were good. Bed was in good size for a single bed. Breakfast was very good. Location was great. One thing that I memorised about this hotel is the fragrance in whole hotel and even in my room. It was so calming.

There was a construction near the hotel and my window was opening to that construction. It had a noice between 9 am - 6pm.

The property was very welcoming. the room was bigger than average . lovely touch of complimentary wine and chocolates and a further sweet treat at Halloween. The breakfast was lovely with lots of choice. it was just what was needed before walking to the tourist attractions.

A very minor issue . There was no socket near a mirror ( for ladies to use hair straighteners) I only managed as I had a mirror on my phone . other than that the the property was very good.

The hotel was pretty good,relaxing and valued for the money. The rooms were cleaned every day, the breakfast was pretty good and so was the location and the transport nearby. But for sure the best part of the hotel is the receptionists. They were so friendly and nice, especially Tarek, he has been so helpful and amazing, always recomend us the best places he knows, helped us with directions, he was really interested how we have been doing i really wish there were more receptionists like him!

Only the room was a bit little but for sure enough for 2 people.

I was so pleasantly surprised by how wonderful the staff were at this hotel. It is exceptional value for money and I couldn't have hoped for a better place to stay whilst in transit from Barcelona to Valencia. The room was in beautiful condition with a view of Sagrada Familia in the distance. Hot powerful showers, comfy bed, beautifully decorated. Thank you so much for making my stay so pleasant!

Delicious breakfast, with a lot of variety, loved it! Good location on walking distance of some major attraction. Nice detail: there is always some candy and refreshing pimped water in the lobby, which is much appreciated.

No major comments. One minor detail: it is a pity that no English spoken international news channels (CNN, BBC,...) are available on the TV in the room.

Staff was very nice and helpful. Location was great, you have a nearby bus (V19) that reaches every part of the town (from beach to the park Guell) Around the hotel are a lot of small cafes with good breakfast. Hotel is in the main bulevar, but is not noisy at all.

The room was quite small and the window had a view to the close atrium. The room could be cleaner. Elevator need reconstruction
