The location and the level of equipment of this parador. The staff is exceptional and make you feel home. The menus are really perfect and the food is exceptional. There are some very good wines in the menu, and their prices are reasonable. The waiters at the restaurant and at the bar are both efficient and friendly.

The parking lot could be a little bit better organised as some owners park their car without any consideration for the others. If they could park in the lobby, they would certainly do it...

Absolutely stunning location. Rooms are spacious with great views. Very peaceful, tranquil, and access to private beach. Highly recommended and will definitely return. Staff was very friendly. Food was good but not great. Breakfast buffet could have been much better incl. for example option/products of the region. We decided to have breakfast elsewhere but had both lunch and dinner in the restaurant. Gym is small but has great views and a variety of machines/weight available. Also liked the several corners, lounges available in the hotel with fireplace.

Views. Views. Views. Rooms are spacious, very modern and clean. Restaurant is superb. Views from the room are simply amazing. Walk down to beach or drive to fishing villages nearby. This was our best Parador stay by a mile!

Stunning location, very stylish and laid back vibe, great rooms, fabulous views

Only one minor thing, upon check out, the male receptionist (I noted his name but don't want to single him out, other than he seemed senior) was so unwelcoming. No 'hope you had a good trip', 'enjoy the rest of your holiday' etc. He literally just took the payment and said nothing. Turned his back! Everyone else was superb and we will be back for our third stay there in 2024

location is just amazing! rooms are great. pool is awesome. proximity to the beach and coastal work is fantastic. parking is excellent.

the lighting in the main restaurant is far too bright and completely lacks ambience. the pool area should have bar service or at least some table service. the waiter service in the main restaurant was poor, not very good at all.

Great location providing excellent service. The hotel sits in an unrivalled location above Aguiablava beach with breathtaking views of the Costa Brava. The rooms are modern and well appointed. The hotel itself is eco and beautifully designed. Great food and facilities.

The locations view was amazing. The staff, when registering, were kind and informative. The dinner was delicious. The pool area was clean and had lots of lounge chairs.

The staff in the morning (for breakfast) had trouble speaking English which is understandable - however - they were frustrated with us because we were unable to understand their instructions. They could have been friendlier.

Amazing location! The views are breathtaking and the refurbished rooms are very comfortable and very nicely designed. The suites are still in the old style and in dire need of refurbishing, as too many things are broken in them, including the in-room private wellness spa, which has issues and therefore is not very inviting. Great breakfast and fantastic staff!

The fitting and quality of the suites was really bad; the rooms need to be refurbished and the issues with the pipes and the resulting sewage smell needs to be addressed. The private in-room spa in the suites is not functioning well and resetting every time. The views though from the roof and the bed are simply breathtaking (at which time you don’t smell anything ;-))

Excellent Location, Great Views. Access to the beach is fabulous. We were upgraded to a very good room with ocean view.

However, the staff is not very warm and courteous. There is no drinking water provided in the rooms and no provision to make tea and coffee in the room. They also don't provide an iron in the room for clothes. The food is also average.

Everything! The hotel is set in a beautiful location with stunning views. The grounds are beautiful and a perfect place to relax in the tranquility and nature of the surroundings. Our room was a very nice size with a comfortable super king bed and a stunning view over the cove. The hotel is very clean and tidy and has a good feel about it.

The hotel entrance is strange compared to most hotels and I couldn’t see any hotel name or “reception” written anywhere. It feels a bit soviet in style and devoid of character. However don’t let this put you off, as the hotel is a very nice place to stay.
