The breakfast here was the best I have had in a long time, there is something there for everyone! The family entertainment at night was really good . The pools were large and the kids one is great! It’s a quiet location in Benidorm but within 10 minutes walk of the strip and Levante beach. There are bars, restaurants and supermarkets on the door step. Everyone really enjoyed the stay. Roberto on reception was so welcoming and friendly and I really enjoyed his humour, he really suits well to this family orientated hotel .

Staff can be rude regarding payments for food/drinks. My father had bought some cans of beer from the bar and because it was so hot and the ice melted he returned to the bar shortly afterwards to ask for more ice and he felt accused of bringing his own drink in, he was followed and watched by a staff member to check if he was taking drinks from a supermarket in. On another evening we decided to have dinner in the restaurant and the lady at arrival repeatedly shouted that we hadn’t paid despite us telling her we want to pay. It was embarrassing and unnecessary, we were standing in the que where she had sent us to pay. We heard from other gusts that they also had experiences like this with staff and found it unpleasant too. The lift is terrible

The food was lovely, as were the rooms. Very clean and good value for money.

We booked this 10 months ago, following our last visit and asked for rooms overlooking the pool like we had last time and we were given two rooms at the back overlooking another hotel. This was very disappointing and had to have an argument with the reception to get this changed. We were given 2 pods of milk in the room on arrival, but these were not replenished so we were unable to have tea or coffee in the room if we wanted milk. The ashtray on the balcony was not emptied for five days which was a little disappointing.

Nice hotel. The food is very good. Like breakfast and dinner. Dinner varies everyday which is good. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I forgot my laptop in the room. Even before arriving home, they already had an email to contact to send me back. I received the laptop in excellent condition. I am very grateful to the hotel and all its staff.

The room was an acceptable size, but not very big for a couple and a small child. The fridge is very weak and it doesn't get cold. If we leave the room and remove the cards, it turns off. In the vicinity there are few parking spaces. To park for free you have to walk a bit.

We have stayed here 3 times now and the hotel is great for a mini break in Benidorm. The hotel has be totally refurbished and the standard just increases. The buffet breakfast caters for all tastes and is plentiful. We arrived earlier than check in, and a room was available so we were checked in and could make the most of our day/stay.

It was clean and modern. And also not too far from the shops and bars.

There wasn’t really anything that I didn’t like. The only slight issue we had during our stay was I asked for replacement milk and coffee for two of our rooms, as it wasn’t replenished. I was told it would be sent up but it didn’t arrive, even through we were there for another 2 days. And when the room was cleaned it still wasn’t replenished.

Spotless clean all around Nice pool and surrounding areas Staff were A+

Kettle provided, but no tea, coffee, spoons, cups, milk or sugar provided. I didn't want to make a fuss so picked them up myself. We were with other couples and they didn't have them either, so it wasn't as if they had just forgotten my room It wasn't a fridge in the room, it was more like a chiller to keep things cool. It certainly wouldn't chill a bottle of beer for example

Great location, close to the beach and a short walk away from the most visited areas of the new town. Plenty places to eat and drink also just around the hotel. Hotel was very modern and staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms small when sleeping 3 but very clean and modern inside. Fridge, Safe and TV with Sky sports etc also in the room. Dove shower gel, shampoo etc also provided in the bathroom with walk in shower which was good. There is also a nice pool and separate raised terrace area relax on.

Great staff makes this hotel 4* All were very nice, helpful, nothing a problem for them. Food was very nice, plenty of choice, usual ques for toaster / tea, coffee machines etc, but plenty of seating for a family of 8. Food for all tastes. Room was very nice, cleaned daily, although we were missed once. View was a bit disappointing, top floor overlooking scruffy residential properties, but this is Benidorm after all. All inclusive was a must for a large party like ours, the drinks alone made that part of the cost worthwhile.

Biggest gripe was the lifts, quite a wait at feeding times from the top floor, again, there were 8 of us, so we needed an empty lift always, but nothing the hotel can do about that. Evening entertainment host - he got right up my nose, his 'catch frase' was 'disaster, disaster' and it was. Maybe because we were sitting towards the back (only place we could get 8 seats together) but we couldn't understand a word he was saying (except disaster disaster every sentence) so that spoiled things like bingo, the quiz’s etc as you couldn't understand what he was saying. Lastly, the little 'step' where the hotel entrance joins the pavement - it got me every time.

Food was lovely plenty choice room was very clean location was really good slept very well stopping there in March again for 2 weeks

Only thing I didn’t like was shower was very slow in room and only other thing was the sausage at breakfast first couple days was nice then rest week I could eat it very poor quality and tasteless

Friendly staff. Lovely clean room. Plenty to choose from at breakfast time. We requested an accessible room which we were allocated and the facilities were great. The entertainment staff were excellent and made everyone feel special.

A lot of swearing around the pool by groups of adults even though there were lots of children nearby.
