Hotel was very nice, lovely location a little out of the madness but not too far to walk into the main part of benidorm, great facilities beautiful spa

There was alot of palm trees around the pool ,also some NOT ALL of the staff in the restaurant were not very friendly Juan and the guy greeting us for breakfast were very nice ,a smile doesn't kill you .we also found the cleaners did the bare minimum

We booked a Level room which gave you certain extras, which was nice. The best thing for me was the indoor swimming pool which was an excellent size. We've booked to go again but in a normal room this time, not paying extra for the Level room. The area was quieter, but we still had a sea view.

The lifts were very shaky, maybe that was because we were on 23rd floor! The bedhead was worn in two places (obviously where people's heads had been) which was a surprise in what was supposed to be one of the best rooms in the hotel. Neither of the two Jaccuzi's were working. My husband had a working steam room in his changing room but the one in the ladies' changing room was not working. There was no explanation for this on the steam room door.

The bedroom and bathroom are old and dated and could do with a refurb, headboards starting to crumble and marks on bath and bathroom floor etc.

The location was superb, we had booked a night at Benidorm Palace, so your hotel was fantastically located. The staff were very professional and helpful, always happy to help and welcome you. The breakfast was very nicely laid out, a good variety of food and it was lovely to be able to choose a cooked option too (omelette). Room was very clean.

If there was a downside it was the condition of the headboard. Unfortunately this wasn’t in a good condition and was flaking off, obviously this got on us and into the bed. We also found the safe very difficult to use, although to be fair, that could have just been user error, we are not too technologically minded. Our room number was 305

Large hotel with lovely entrance/foyer. About a 10 minute walk to the very busy area, I prefer the quieter area where this hotel was located. Still restaurants, shops and bars close by. Spacious rooms. Friendly, helpful staff. Large pool area, plenty room for everyone. Complimentary pool towels. We only ate breakfast in the hotel, there was plenty choice.

Group of drunk men, singing and chanting in the middle of the afternoon in the outside area of the bar was quite intimidating. We were on the 14th floor which was a bit high for me, I asked for a lower floor but was told the only available room at that time would be at a supplement so we made do. The mens toilets outside the spa area were not clean and some cubicles had no toilet roll. Some of the tiles around the pool were missing. Two single beds pushed together rather than a double bed.

- Staff were very slow and sometimes rude - Showers in the rooms need renewing as the seal allows water to fall all over the floor in all 3 rooms we had: 1356,1358 and 1359. - Check in took over an hour (unacceptable when we had 4 children waiting). We was the only people checking in as well so there was no queue. Very slow - Beds were a little stiff

The hotel was located in a great location, super easy to walk to the beach, stores and restaurants. The staff was fantastic, friendly and very helpful at all hours. I enjoyed the bar and outside seating area off the main lobby.

There were ants in our bathroom (room 311). The air conditioner was turned off so we had to open our balcony door, unfortunately we were right over the outside patio seats and the music went on well past midnight; therefore having to close our door and be hot and uncomfortable.

Stunning hotel and pool. There was always something going on throughout the day with the entertainment team, for all age groups, so plenty to do throughout the day. Loads of sunbeds so no need to rush to get a towel down! Pool towels are provided and they were big towels that covered the whole sunbed. The rooms were spacious, I was in a triple room and stayed on the sofa bed which I was dreading but it was so comfortable. The room and bathroom were clean and they had rituals toiletries in the bathroom which was nice. There was a fridge in the room which had minibar chargeable drinks in, but we just move the drinks so we could put our own drinks in the fridge with no issues. One day the WiFi dropped out in our room, so I reported it to maintenance and within 10 minutes they had fixed it and knocked to confirm we could get access again - top service The breakfast was good with loads of choice from full English, pastries, fresh fruit cereals etc

It’s a very nice hotel, the pool was amazing! The staff were mostly wonderful. We only stayed as B&B guest but had the opportunity to try the lunch once and it was fantastic.

We had some problem with the shower, if it was turned on for more than 3 minutes the floor in the room completely flooded. Not in the bathroom but in the bedroom, it went under our beds and all the way to the closet when you come into the room. We let them know twice about this issue and they said they send someone to check it out but no one ever came.

We was on the first floor and never heard any noise even though they are refurbishing the pool area. Breakfast was good no complaints from us, it’s not 5* so you get what you pay for. Champagne for breakfast was a bonus!! Benidorm palace was a 5 min walk, old town half hour walk and the nightlife strip was 10 mins away. Unfortunately our group had the misfortune of being mugged and assaulted. Police were straight on it which was good as they were patrolling all the time. Never put us off having a good time.
