We didn’t know a deposit of €150 per apartment was required u til we arrived

Really modern & clean, rooms were big & very clean. Not too far from the main strip but a 10 minute walk to the main area but there are shops & restaurants right outside. Staff were amazing throughout the day, really welcoming & accomodating when drinking at the pool all day, bringing drinks out for us on trays rather than making us do multiple trips & always joking when serving. Pool is clean & a friendly, fun environment for all ages (adults). Highly reccomend.

Excellent location, only a 5 minute walk from Levante beach, the apartment is located towards the far end of the "new town" so about a 15 minute walk to the strip. There are plenty of shops and restaurants near by, including a small supermarket. Taxis were always available opposite KFC and cost only 4/5 euros to the strip or 7/8 euros to the Old Town. The apartment was huge with two lovely bathrooms, couldn't believe how comfy the beds were! The 4/5 euro English breakfast in the hotel was banging and the coffee's were spot on. They also sell bottles/cans of beer and alco pops which were reasonably priced! Reception guys were lovely and really helpful and cleaners did a fab job. Would highly recommend and will defo return for another girls trip. Would not recommend for families with children.

Need way more chairs/sun loungers outside, there were no where near enough so we didn't ever end up using the pool which was a shame.

The hotel and apartments are very clean and exactly how described, good location, rooms contain everything you need to enjoy a comfortable stay with spacious balconies. Onsite cafe/bar which is very convient and ideal.for a day by the pool. Serving a variety of food to keep you fueled during your stay. Majority of staff are very friendly. Walking distance to the beach and plenty to do all around.

The pool required some attention. There was a green ring around the inside which was a little off putting and the water got misty over the duration of the stay. Security deposit of 150 euros had to be paid in cash, only certain guests were requested to pay this which was a little offensive

Bright modern room, not unlike travel lodge. Nice bathroom. Shower was hot and forceful if you wanted it. Complementary toiletries in the form of pump bottles. Large magnifying mirror in bathroom for shaving or makeup application which was brilliant. Hairdryer. Full length mirror in room. Maid service daily and clean towels Bed was comfortable, with mattress topper. Good modern air-conditioning. Coffee & tea in room. Very comfortable 4 night stay and would return to this hotel. We didn't use the bar or eating facilities so can't pass comment on these.

Only one thing - no toilet brush

Clean, comfortable and modern rooms. We originally booked a room for 3 nights but we had added on an extra night as found flights the day before and the available room was a studio. Once we got there and checked in we decided to upgrade to stay in that for the whole 4 nights because it was lovely. Staff were very pleasant on reception and the bar/food area. Breakfasts were nice, loved the smoothies for a detox! Great location- not a far walk from rincon or the strip. Housekeeping daily. The balcony was fabulous and large.

We like this place, especially for a budget hotel, this is our second visit. We only stayed one night but it was very good, with good, clean comfortable room, helpful staff and the location, while a little difficult being on a narrow one-way street, is overall good, not far from the Levante beach etc.

The only downside is lack of parking at the premises. This may change as it looks like there is some work going on in what used to be the car park. Occasional noisy guests coming back to the hotel late at night but it's Benidorm so not totally unexpected.

The location was central. The hotel and pool area was kept clean, very busy apartment so hard to keep on top of plastic glasses by pool, but we usually took them back to bar. Bar staff were funny and always in good mood. The atmosphere around pool was great and never seen any trouble.

The pool was closed until 10am, we wanted to go down early and lie but couldn't as it was cordoned off. Aircon was great in main bedroom, but living room area was a bit warm. The lifts were great on ground floor, but if you were waiting on floor of your apartment you could wait for 20 mins for it to come.

We arrived about 2 hours early so not all rooms were ready but the receptionist did some checking and found that one of the rooms was ready and so he arranged the key for this room to allow us to put our bags in so we could start our holiday right away! Location was fab - away from the strip so wasn't too loud but not too far that getting there was a trek! Pool area was great with the bar next to it. Rooms were huge!! We had the apartments and they had everything you would need - super impressed!

Maybe make it a little clearer on the booking that the deposit needs to be in cash. Continental breakfast was literally half a toasted baguette, hot drink and orange juice...not really a continental!

the location was brilliant. great big room (we had a studio). the beds were exceptionally comfortable as were the pillows. everything brand new. balcony was massive with comfortable chairs and small table. sofa bed also comfortable. shelf space and storage space ideal. nice big walk in shower. they provide shower gel and shampoo in big pumps on shower which is convenient. plenty of plug points. couldn’t fault the accommodation at all.

same the world over but this place really bad for the towels going out early and the owners disappearing. we had cloudy weather and some days the towel owners didn’t appear back at all. I’d expect the staff to remove them after a time. given the high rises around the hotel the pool really only had a very small area that got the sun (when it appeared) - just one of those things but perhaps something to consider. the room I don’t feel was cleaned as such however we got fresh towels and toilet paper daily. we had to ask for beds to be changed day 4 - not sure when / if they’d have been done otherwise.
