Very friendly welcome. The beds and pillows are super comfortable. The pool area is fantastic and value for money was good. I'd definitely stay again and recommend this hotel. Breakfast buffet was also very good and varied and the staff were lovely.

the hotel is beautiful and modern especially the pool and entrance/communal areas. Private parking in the car park opposite the hotel was definitely a plus as we had hired a car. staff couldn't have been more helpful, all really friendly. was really quiet too which was expected as its just opened, I can't imagine it will be for very long.

only issue was that the gym is not the same as the pictures provided. looked state of the art on the picture (obviously an image from another hotel) and it was very basic with very little equipment.

* Breakfast, fantastic quality, great variety and the staff were lovely * The management of the sunbeds, if people tried to reserve beds without using them their towels were removed and a message left asking them not to reserve beds they are not using * The room was spacious, modern and beds were very comfortable * Hotel was really clean and tidy, house keeping were great. * Close to the beach and old town just a few minute walk * Restaurant and pizza bar quality food for reasonable price * The hotel garden was lovely, a little place of peace and tranquility.

The hotel was gorgeous. Rooms were lovely and clean- especially the deluxe rooms. Beds super comfortable. Balconies are great. The pool is lovely with plenty of seating. Breakfast is amazing and there are plenty of choice. Location outstanding - lots of supermarkets and restaurants and shops within a minute walk. Loads of bags, clothes, football shirts. A lovely restaurant nearby called Mixology! Beach was gorgeous. We used the Beniconnect transfer. 16euros pp.

The shower/toilet area wasn't very private especially for friends! It rained and so the beds and chairs on the balcony were wet, but that's just pot luck! The check in procedure took 30 mins. It was ridiculously long! The auburn haired lady on check in wasn't very friendly! It would have been nice to have a welcome smile, drink or sit down whilst she sorted everything out!

All staff are very friendly and helpful. Michel at the reception offered us welcome drink and went extra mile helping to find good restaurants nearby. Miguel at the bar was looking after us at the bar, the buffet and the pizzeria. Sorry didn’t remember all the names but everyone was very helpful. We liked the location as it is away from the busy area but still walkable distance. We really feel relaxed here. The food in the hotel is also nice probably better than any restaurant in town. We had a lovely stay here and would recommend this hotel to friends and families.

It is a little strange to get two single beds where we booked a double room. We pushed two single beds together ourselves. Also it’s uncommon to provide 1x of everything (1x bottle of water for 1st day only, 1x instant coffee with 1x paper cup only). where it’s two of us). Water dripping from shower occasionally during late night waking us up (we put a towel there to stop the noise). Nothing major but there is room for improvement.

The pool area is very beautiful, well maintained, nice bar and terrace. You can find sunbeds any time of the day because you are not allowed to reserve it in advance. The food was fresh and tasty, with breakfast and also dinner.

The cleaning service. It happened one day that only the bed was made, but everything else left untouched. We called the reception and another lady came and cleaned our room, gave us clean towels and emptied the bins, etc. It was late afternoon.

The hotel was superb all brand new and done very tastefully. The staff were excellent all very attentive and informative especially Hugo.

Nothing to dislike

Perfect location, short walk to beach & shops. Beautifully decorated, very clean, staff were really friendly, polite & attentive. Lovely pool and food. The pool isn't really big, but perfect for couples and families with small children. All rooms have pool side view, good size, fridge and balcony.

The only point we weren't fully happy with was the wait at reception. We needed to speak to someone a few times, but there was only 1 member of staff, who was busy, so perhaps there could be 2?

Very good for a 4 stars, lovely amenities, beautiful interior design. Breakfast was as expected, same charcuterie board every day and different variations of eggs, meat and potatoes etc through the days, lunches and dinners also buffet style, good not amazing but good.

Unfortunately the cleaning service seems to be understaffed for which the rooms take quite a bit to get cleaned, Also huge issue with privacy as in our room the bathroom (except for the toilet that has its own room/door) had no separation from the actual room having the room views to some buildings not only the person on the bed saw you get out of the shower but also the neighbors.(which can be solved by pulling the curtains but still) Also sadly the guest left their towels on the sun beds as a way to reserve them in an already tiny small pool area for the amount of guest and the stuff didn’t remove them at any point allowing for people to go without a sun bed.

Greeted by Leo, with a wonderful warm smile, all the staff were very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. The room was kept cool and spotless and nothing was too much trouble.

Just minor niggles - Broccoli and chicken served at breakfast and very dubious looking beans. Little desert cakes and custard based deserts were very nice but a little more variety of desert types would have been nice.
