Spotless hotel room. Staff don't speak perfect English. Some none. We have Google translate. So no issues with my ignorance of not knowing Spanish. Only person I did not like was - Sebastian. Shame on you. Very dismissive. I wouldn't take that a detraction from this hotel. In my experience there is always a staff member thats just there for a job. So refused to feed me lunch. Not even a surcharge option. The hotel was immaculate. Cleaner on every day. The food was plentiful. You could have the items in English. Again. Google translate resolved this. Staff always smiling. Big shout out to Sam(Miguel). The lady on the bar and the hotel manager. Lastly, Jose who was very kind enough to provide me with a safe key. I would be more than happy to return to this hotel. The room was modern, clean. Shower was excellent.

You had to go to reception to borrow the iron. Iron wasn't in the room. No staff at the bar. Had to go to reception. Only a vendor machine at the roof top pool so take your own drink.

in the centre of the old town...so very handy for that location and walking to either beach. room was clean with everything you need. staff very friendly and efficient. despite a busy breakfast service, we were able to fill our boots without waiting. also, entertainment had the pensionistas dancing. funky common area and very reasonable bar prices

the location in the centre means views are not the best but that can't be helped. also, a bit noisy when the bins were being emptied.

The food was great staff more than helpful the room only had a small window looking at other room across from us

I can't say a bad thing bout staff or hotel very very clean you are just a street away from places to get food and beach only 10 minutes away

Good value .Good food ..clean hotel.towels changed daily .mainly Spanish there .so sunbeds available. No idiots putting towels on sun beds.

Nice friendly and welcoming staff. Good sized clean rooms. Quite a good breakfast and dinner meals. Rooftop terrace with pool and table and chairs to relax. About a 3 min walk to the beach and 5 min walk to the old city centre.

I found this hotel excellent, the staff were so friendly and helpful they even sorted out our airport return transfer, very good area, rooms were cleaned every day to the highest standard. we would definitely book again.

maybe some entertainment to cater for all nations, the entertainment was mostly Spanish based therefore we did have to go out most nights however t was still excellent :)

The location, swimming pool is good ,staff are friendly. We where breakfast and evening ending meal, choice was good something for everyone . Would go back again.
