Good location close to beach and restaurants and in the same time it was not in a busy, noisy street. Well equipped. Reception is for 24 hours, great service. Room is big enough, with balcony.

I was glad that it’s in a basicly quite street because I wanted to have some nap but the housekeeping staff was too noisy speaking loud in the corridor (I can’t complain about the service) even though nice staff but should be more quiet in case if somebody is sleeping and not knocking on the door when “don’t disturb” sign is on.

All staff from the cleaners to the reception to the catering staff were extremely pleasant, helpful and efficient, particularly Becky and Antonio. Hotel is in a nice quiet area but close enough to the nearest beach and other amenities. Good breakfast with fried food and continental style breakfast items. Tea, Coffee, Soya Milk and Green Tea. Tv and WiFi in hotel room. Cafés, bars, restaurants close to hotel. Good bike rental shop about 20-25 minutes walk from hotel.

The staff were very friendly and helpful .The beds were extremely comfortable .The room was cleaned every day .the air conditioning worked very well .there was complimentary tea coffee .There was a hairdryer in the bathroom so no need to bring one with you .the street was very quite at night

I was pleasantely surprised with the place, the staff were excellent; professional and friendly. The room is comfortable and has everything you need. The breakfast spread was pretty good and varied, there is a machine for coffee and other coffee related drinks. Location is pretty good, very well connected to a main street the runs through Benidorm, with plenty of restaurants and shops and Benidorm tram station is around 10 mins walking.

the moment we walked in we were greeted with a big smile from the receptionist. all of the staff seemed really happy , makes a nice change. great location and cheap.

The staff are so friendly, the location is perfect and is away from all the 'rabble'. Short walk to the old town and is a pleasant walk. Air con is very good!! The beds, what can I say other than I didn't want to get out of it! They're soft and very very comfortable. Balcony with seating which is good to rest and watch the world go by whilst recovering from your hangover. Second stay and plan to stay again.

right from manager to all staff absolutely brilliant room it self hot water and good shower pressure enough room for us loved location 5mins to beech old town 6mins but the nice thing is you donte have to go far bars restaurants show bar just turn left outside hotel just keep walking upwards towards show bar corner of main road we had a lovely stay thank-you to all staff

It was a perfect little room for my husband & I to spend the night in Benidorm. The room was lovely & clean, with no noise coming from the street despite it's central location. We would have liked tea/coffee making facilities, but it was by no means a deal breaker & probably just very British of us to expect! The manager was extremely accommodating & friendly too. We would certainly stay there again!
