On arrival the staff were friendly and the check in at the reception was very straightforward. The room was nothing fancy but I knew that prior to visiting and the key points of being clean, working air-con and comfortable bed was perfect. For Benidorm if you are looking to spend the night out on 'the strip' then taxis weren't too bad at around 8/9 euros or a 20 mins walk. Everything was in walking distance and if you prefer to stay in the old town the room for you. 12pm check out time was also really good too.

I have no complaints in this respect. It's an affordable room but if you are looking for luxury then elsewhere maybe your preferred accomodation.

We arrived about 12 pm. Reception girl let us leave our bags in safety room. Before 2pm we check in.Everything was perfect, reception girls are very kind, hotel is very clean , mattresses are very comfy, for value of money perfect.

The location was great for what we needed it for. Room was big and spacious. The aircon was a god send!

We had no tv on the wall for some reason and only half a toilet roll in the room. The towels were too small, no seat on the balcony and no cups or glasses In the rooms.

It was close to everything the receptionist was friendly & very polite the rooms are very small but very clean beds were comfortable plenty of hot water

Location is brilliant and is a clean hotel. Staff attentive and helpful. Also has vending machines and a cafeteria area which gives free coffe in the morning

Ground floor room was quite small, but was quickly changed the next day to a much larger room upstairs.

Excellent reception staff who were very helpful and professional. Also has a great seating area down in the basement where you can eat and drink and watch TV. A great area to sit in when on a late flight.

The shower was not working properly you had to hold the shower head in your hand!

When we walked in, we were surprised at the cleanliness and comfort of the room. Clean restroom, clean bedding, warm and comfortable. the only disappointment that ruined our night was the neighbors. the sound insulation is either poor, or the neighbors are so loud (who at 23.00 communicated loudly and emotionally, and returned at 04.00-05.30 continued in the same tone), it was clear from the voice - after the party. It just didn't let us sleep.

It was great to have air conditioning. The location was fab too. The hotel was modern and bright. I loved having a TV for bed time, although all channels were in Spanish (we are in Spain of course). It helped me to practise the language. It was great value for money.

I didn't like how the prepayment was taken out of my bank account six days prior to arrival but they wanted me to pay again before they would let me into the room. They promised that the prepayment will be refunded. I also had no towels in my room but reception sorted this. It would be nice to have had plastic tumblers in the room too. The floor was a little dirty with grit around and I had some paper documentation from car hire for the previous client at the bedside. There were a couple of stains on the sheets though the bed was well made.

Well worth the money . Staff were very friendly. Lovely kitchen we're free tea and coffee available. Back in September Tony collinson Uk
