Nice Room, Cleaned every day. Nice pool. Drinks at pool very reasonable price and good service . Breakfast was good. Balcony view in room of pool area. Staff were friendly. Relaxing Hotel. Gym was good/adequate .

Slight smell of "something in room " which was always noticeable when entering the room . We were in a suite . Could have been more selection of food at pool area. About 15 to 20 minute walk to town centre.

The location of the hotel is very good. Close to the beach while also quiet. The breakfast buffet and the dinner buffet was very good value for money. The spa was very good. The fitness center was good. Staff are super friendly and the secure bicycle storage was excellent. There are even bike tools there in case a repair is needed.

The waiting time at the reception was sometimes too long. The receptionists are fast and efficient, but a bit understaffed. The cleaning of the room was sometimes good, but sometimes forgotten. The bacon and sausages in the breakfast could be replaced with higher quality meat.

- friendly staff; - clean both in the hotel and in the rooms; - great selection at breakfast and dinner and no queue for food; - after 23.00 it's quiet; - room 711 has beautiful view; - couple minutes walking from the beach;

- long waiting times at the reception when you check in and if you want to ask for info; - in the room the doors to the WC are kind of see-through; - automatic light on the balcony goes off at 00.00, if you wish to sleep earlier without closing the curtains it’s disturbing; - breakfast from 8, from 7.00 or 7.30 would be perfect;

A lovely hotel when staying in Blanes. Its the second time I stay here and will use it again. Very high class and great for a relaxing holiday. Great breakfast. Best value dinner buffet in town. Friendly helpful staff. Great facilities. Close to beach and easy parking around the hotel.

The reception can get long queues which can be frustrating. The sausages in the breakfast buffet could be better. Quite a walk in to the center of blanes.

A very cosy hotel in a close proximity to seaside. Clean, nice, comfortable. Delicious food, good restaurant, daily cleaning. A kind team at reception. Almost everything was good. But the impression was spoiled by behaviour of some waitresses at the restaurant and dirty dishes and glasses from the dishwashers.

Please ensure clean tables, glasses and dishes. Maybe another detergent can solve the issue.

Cleaning could be better, lots of dust in the room Food was good, but I expected the food to be more as a 4 star hotel. The breakfast was very poor with options and not so good quality of the sweets, not much to choose

we booked a suite so our teenage son could be with us but in his own space. this worked really well. the room was very large, a super kingsize bed and excellent bathroom with lots of towels and robes. the extra large balcony was lovely. Good range of food. The layout of the external area of the hotel is good. A lovely terrace with a mix of shade and sun leading onto the pool area and beyond that a well maintained large lawn area. Dotted around here are various activities - good for families. eg petanque, badminton, darts. we enjoyed yoga in the garden everyday.

Everything in the hotel was good for us but the location is a long way from the old town. there are a few tacky tourist shops near the hotel and a few bars and restaurant's which looked nice but not fancy. we took the little road train into town m ost days. 2.50 euros each way.

All in all i am happy with the hotel and i would come back. Only thing we really did not like was that the dishes in the restaurant (buffet style) were not very clean. They were always a bit oily. I hope the restaurant manager can fix this issue

Upgraded to the superior room which was nice and spacious. Rooms were very comfortable and clean. Pool area is lovely with a good mix of shade and sunny spots. Lovely walk into town via the sea front which takes approximately 15-20 mins. It only takes about 2-3 mins to walk to the beach.

Staff were extremely pleasant and helpful the hotel is very clean and located close to the beach
