great location, the staff is very friendly. The pool area is comfortable and large. great view from the room

the food wasn’t good quality. most of it was undercooked or overdone and low quality cuts of meat and fish. They were not flexible with their dining hours so it made it hard to do anything. The beds are not comfortable, and the pillows are horrible. Also the AC unit does not work well.

Well, it might be cultural, but whenever you will ask for something, the first answer would be no, then, they will check it out.. so Mayte Debora, please, say let me check it and I will let you know 😄 The balcony doors should be replaced as they do not close

The hotel is excellent! The people working in the hotel are very kind and pleasant. Breakfast and dinner are varied, buffet style, also excellent and value for money, we didn't need lunch. We got a large room for two people with two double beds and a terrace. The rooms are also cleaned regularly and everything that needs to be changed. The hotel is in an excellent location, 5 meters from the train station and 10 meters from the beach. The bar that is part of the hotel is also great, every or every other night there is a DJ who makes great parties. They also have foosball, pool and table hockey (if that's what it's called), 1e is a chip, which I think is totally okay. All recommendations!! 11 out of 10! P.S. I didn't think to take more pictures of the hotel..:(

The only drawback that didn't matter to us, the water in the pool was cold, but maybe that's because we went at the end of September/beginning of October. And the downside is that you don't get at least juice or another drink with dinner.

The staff was smiling, the food was tasty, the location was nice, near the center and the station

I just don't like the cleanliness. During our 7 days stay the sheets were not changed and the cleanliness was not as it should be 😕

Stuff was very nice, room was spacious and clean, balcony was clean too. Shower was freshly renovated.

You can hear everything outside the room, but it gets quiet after 22. No parking only the public by the station

They renovated the property recently. It’s very close to the railway station, beach, market and good restaurants

There was no soap in the shower. Dint bother me as I had my own! Check in time at 3pm takes up most of the day, which makes it a must to stay at least 2 nights to enjoy a full stay!

All the staff was great, location just next to the station and in front of the beach, very clean.

Breakfast did not have many options for vegans, most of the breakfast it’s meat, and fruit did not look too appealing. Gluten free options only upon request 15 min before you get it and not great.

The front desk upon arrival, advised that the room was ready, however, one of the ladies was ready to let us check in early, only to be overridden by the other girl with long frizzy brown hair? Why?

Good choice of breakfast items, comfy beds, friendly staff. Clean hotel. Good entertainment.

The pool is cold as in a shaded area🥶

Breakfast was nice, stuff were friendly and helpful. Entertainment was great with Enrico! Highly recommend:)
