Great location, excellent breakfast, staff is verry polite and pleasant, Room with a balcony, proper sized room and bathroom, nice and pleasant enteriour.

the safety box wasn't working, no hair drier in, they didn't inform us when checking in that you have to leave a deposit to get the hair drier...floor in the room a bit dirty, lobby always crowded by some "strange people" that looked like the just came out of a banana boat

Lovely location, right at the beach. Clean rooms, very polite cleaning lady on the 9th floor, bless her heart! Everything went as expected, it’s a basic hotel and perfect for a family vacation.

No fridge in the room TERRIBLE buffet. Worst I’ve been to… Reception girls talk to you like they paid for your stay.

The meals were abundant and the location was ideal, when giving how close the shops, stations, beaches (two with the blue flags), clubs etc. were. The staff was so pleasant and willing to help with information and contents (including the tour to Montserrat). As for the urban part, it was so amazing to visit it, while the night life is so enjoyable. It's also worth noting that the tourist sections are separated from the local areas, so there's a lot to be offered for those who wish to explore, have fun or just to get some rest.

Perhaps a live performance of some of the local musicians might be helpful, as tourists do love numerous hits in Spanish language, like myself, as well as other form of art and entertainment (dance, competitions etc.). Besides that, there's not really anything for what I could say that it was bad. Such a beautiful place and looking forward to return to this place

The rooms were pretty nice and the stuff was friendly

Pretty expensive parking (10€ per day), deposit for borrowing a hair dryer, not the best breakfast, really loud in some rooms because of a disco in the same building

The water in the shower took a long time to heat up and the air conditioning did not work.

The location is absolutely beautiful especially for the price it really is a bargain. We went three years ago and there have been many improvements since even though we loved it then. It has got even better so I’m not sure why there are bad reviews because it’s great.

I just wish it had a hairdryer in the room but I didn’t actually ask for one so maybe they had them downstairs but that’s it!

The location is good. It is close to the beach, many restaurants and the places that we needed to go. We travel with our cat and it was a good experience, we didn't have problems.

Great staff, really helpful. Breakfast is ok, good variety of options. The pool is nice. Good price / quality for the area.

The room can be refreshed and the lobby too. Some noise you can hear from the corridor.
