All of the staff were very friendly, especially the staff on reception. Checking in and checking out was quick and easy, and our room was ready early so we didn’t have to wait around. The room was a great size and cleaned every day. Pool towels were worth borrowing as it was a €10 deposit per towel, and you could swap them every day for a clean one. The sun loungers by the pool were comfortable although by 11am they were all taken, so you need to go earlier, especially if you want a sun lounger with an umbrella. There was always entertainment on and we thought the aqua gym and aqua dance was fantastic. Drinks were available to buy from the bar by the pool, but we chose to take a bottle of water from the shop to save money, and stored these in the mini fridge in our room. There was a shop across the road which sold everything we needed for our stay (drinks, snacks, sun creams, toiletries) and pharmacy next door. The food was nice and accommodated picky eaters. At lunch and dinner they had paella, fish, meats, pasta, pizza, chips, vegetables, along with fruit and puddings. Every meal was a buffet style so you could eat as much as you wanted. There was plenty to choose from but the food started to get repetitive towards the end of our stay. There was no queue to get in to the restaurant. Drinks were included at breakfast, so you could have juice, water, tea, coffee, hot chocolate. However at lunch and dinner there was no water available, and all drinks had to be paid for. The wifi was good and we even managed to get wifi on the beach! We visited Barcelona by train which was very easy. Santa Susanna train station is a 10 minute walk and the train went directly to Barcelona in under an hour. We landed in Girona Airport and found the cheapest way to get to the hotel and back to the airport was by coach - we used the From2 shuttle bus and had no problems.

There wasn’t enough sun loungers for everyone, so you had to get to the pool early to get them. The lifts in the hotel were very slow so make sure to ask for a room on floor 1 or 2. The sand on the beach was rough. The hotel didn’t provide free sun loungers on the beach. The swimming pool was cold but good for cooling down in. We thought the small circular pool with jets would be warm but it was cold too!

it was extremely clean and the staff went above and beyond. was in a great location and a perfect time of year to go (start of May) weather was 25-30 degrees and it wasn’t too busy so loads of free beds and no crowds.

drinks weren’t included in the price and cost more at the hotel for a cocktail/ water etc than the restaurant/ bar across the road or any other place we found seemed to be much cheaper.

The hotel is located right on the beachfront, which is very convenient. It's perfect for a beach vacation, especially with children. The restaurant serves good food, but the menu becomes repetitive after a week. There’s also an entertaining evening program.

The rooms aren't very clean, especially under the beds. Linens are changed only upon request. Everyone is directed to the same restaurant. In reality, the hotel only has two actual restaurants, while the others can hardly be called restaurants. Occasionally, there are lines at the main restaurant, but the staff seats everyone quickly.

This is our 2nd time staying at Tahiti Playa. We loved the position of the hotel, easy to get to by public transport from El Prat airport. The food choice was fantastic. We had full board and, of course, ate too much!! The hotel faces directly onto the beach, which is about 5m across a path. The room we had this time was on the 7th floor with a fantastic view of the sea and beach. The staff are fabulous and very efficient. I personally loved the glass elevators where you have a thrilling view of the surroundings as you go up and down, although my husband wasn't happy as he is scared of heights!!

The room was a bit dusty, which affected my asthma. Maybe a few more staff on reception during busy check-in and out periods.

The staff was very friendly (except 1 person in the restaurant/bar service, Elian): reception staff eficient, restaurant hostess Cristina en de maître'ds Javier, Mohamed and Joseph are fantastic, bar (next to reception ) great service (thank you Kevin, you and your colleagues are great!). Rooms are big and clean, the view is beautiful, the bathroom was clean and comfortable. The pool area is great (for adults and kids). Animation team are doing a wonderful job. Many pool beds and pool towels available. The food was great (very big variety and well cooked), the restaurant is very well organized (other from hospitality should go there to learn). So many people to feed, still everything is running smoothly (except the bar service in the restaurant). I noticed that all the staff is very friendly with the clients and also with each other. We've been there for 10 days and never saw of heared anyone without a smile or talking rude to a colleague (even the pressure it's very high in a big hotel like this). I was nicely surprised and this vacation restored my faith in the kindness of the hospitality people (which I had lost after the pandemic). Thank you all for our beautiful vacation!

Service pool bar was poor (they should learn from the inside bar and from the restaurant). Elian (restaurant/bar server is not OK. He is ignoring the clients (with a smile on his face), is refusing to come when you call him, brings the wrong drinks or doesn't bring all the drinks and then he is refusing to correct his mistake). A bit sad... Because all the rest of the staff is great. My husband took a bacteria from the pool (pseudomonas aeruginosa) and had a very bad ear infection (but I guess that is not something that is easy to avoid in a public pool that is so busy). I saw that the pool was clean, desinfected and the water constantly filtered. I am sure they are doing their best.

I loved that the staff didn't allow anyone to reserve a sun lounger until 9am--very fair. In general, there were enough loungers and the pool was delightful. It's lovely to be able to walk right out to the beach. There were fun activities throughout the day. Breakfast was good and there were plenty of places nearby for lunch.

Room was pretty basic. We paid for dinner one night and found that drinks (including water) weren't included and required spending time to flag down a server to ask for, which was annoying. Dinner food wasn't great.

The location of the hotel, on the beach, Great place to take a walk at night. The confortable bed and the clima in the room. The hotel is very modern, confortable and clean. Free parking in front of the hotel, or 5 minute away, at a public parking place, was also very convinient and safe. The variat of food was great. Lots of different types of food every night, tematic night.

The crowds alomost every time u have to eat. I think it is innapropriate fot a 4 stars hotel to manage the eating times like this. U have to choose 30 minutes interval time for breakfast and dinner, and in addition to that, it was always a waiting time, sometimes 20 minutes wait, until they sit u at the table. Also a little bit unusual that water is not Free at dinner time. Smoking area at the pool was also unpleasant for us, Who are non-smokers. And people Who "reserved" the sun beds before 9.00 Even if it wasn't alowed. The space for enterteiment in the evening was very small. We could't find a space to sit and enjoy.

The location was great, the bed was enormous and the breakfast was really good. The staff was very nice and helpful. The hotel is located in a nice and quiet area, close to many restaurants. Also, there is a train that goes to Barcelona and the walk to the train station is only 15 minutes.

There were no sockets near the bed and the shower cabin door did not close properly.

Loved the environment the cleanliness, Food and entertainment. Location was absolutely fantastic.

I found one particular bar man quite moody as if we were putting him out ordering a drink from him. He might of been having a bad week but it made me not want to go to the bar to buy drinks after being on the receiving end of his attitude.
