The staff were fantastic. Very helpful, hospitable, warm, polite and nothing was too much trouble for them. I opted for the breakfast, which was included in my stay, simple yet satisfying. Had lunch a few times and a dinner which was enjoyed. The swimming pool is great! and the beach is literally 500m from the hotel, Perfect location to the beach, bus stop and Supermarket.

The room doesn't have much closet space, I would highly recommend that a drawer/closet be added in the room as they have space for it. A shelf for toiletries in the bathroom & shower would have been ideal.

Hotel is very close to the beach (Cala Fererra 2 minute or Cala Serena 5-7 minutes), and it also has a pool. Room was very clean, you have everything you need in it: we also prepared breakfast in the morning. Staff was really nice and they help us with printing out boarding passes. All the rooms have a balcony. If you rent a car, the hotel have a few parking spots, but if those are not free, you can park in a parking nearby (right at the end of the beach). And if you want to eat some good food, 7 minute away from the hotel, you will fin Cala Fererra Restaurant. Overall, this hotel was awesome! Will definitely recommend! The apartment was great for our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 kids) and so close to the beach! Check in was easy and the staff were very friendly - breakfast in the AM was a bonus and everyone was happy to eat before heading out to explore the next day.

Nothing, the location and apartment were great. The area was a little more of a party area so not sure we would return to that specific area of Mallorca, but the beach was beautiful and the apartment itself was great.

we liked the location , just in front of the magnificent Cala Ferrera beach , we had a room right in front of the beach first line , very modern new refurbished room with a beautiful big terrace , nice bathroom with a big shower and a kitchen with everything to prepare a breakfast or a dinner. very nice swimming pool. very clean and nice staff , we had a wonderful stay

The Spa doesn’t work but probably because the hotel had just opened the day before our arrival I think could be nice to have something that separate the terrace of each room just for more privacy.

Superb staff. Very friendly and helpful. The spa was particularly welcome. It helped me fix a bit of tendonitis in my foot. The guys at reception ,Angel and Fran, were invaluable with local knowledge and help with Taxis etc. The apartments situation is a massive plus. A short walk to everything local. I will definitely come again.

Nothing to dislike.

The facilities were very nice and cosy. The room had basically everything that was necessary. The location was great. Lots of restaurants and beaches around.

In the first morning the water in the shower did not go down the drain and overflooded the bathroom. Also bubbles came up from the toilet which stank like sewage. Fourtunatly it all got fixed in a couple of hours.

Breakfast was good, freshly cooked and all hot and tasty. Staff were superb, knowledgeable and friendly, and went the extra mile. Very clean and great facilities. Good sized room.

There could have been more hot options at breakfast, but what there was was very good.

The safe didn’t work in our room and couldn’t be fixed. Parking could be an issue if you have a car - though we managed to find a space a few minutes walk away

Excellent location above Cala Fererra beach, with easy 90 second access from room to beach. Great pool, which was not too busy when we went. Room was clean and well laid out with english TV channels. Staff were all friendly and helpful.

The indoor pool wasn't available when we went, but that didn't really detract much from the overall experience. Nothing else to report here.

Amazing apartment with huge balcony! Pool was perfect and chilled - never an issue getting a sun bed! Thank you to Angel on reception for being so helpful and recommending the best restaurant - was a serious highlight to our week!!

Beds were on the hard side but would still come back again - not a deal breaker as everything else was fab!!
