We loved staying at this hotel. It was exactly what we needed. I am particularly fussy about bathrooms but these bathrooms were modern and well lit with a great shower. The location was perfect. Within walking distance of 4 beaches in Cala d’Or and short stroll to the centre for places to eat and shops. The rooms were well spread out so it didn’t feel too crowded. The staff were super helpful and reception is 24 hours. Absolutely amazing value for money.

We didn’t use the pool just because it was so busy. First few days it was difficult to get a bed but it did then get a bit quieter although unless you got up early the beds left were in the shade. There were lots of families there so there were lots of children around the pool. We are more beach people so this didn’t fuss us too much. Although the rooms are fairly modern the curtains let it down a little as some were broken and didn’t close fully but that’s just me being fussy.

- amazing location, close to the beach and plenty of bars and restaurants - extraordinary breakfast - clean - free parking - very comfortable bed

- the suite was advertised for 4 people with a bed and a foldable sofa. The sofa was not foldable though which was inconvenient - the suite featured a microwave and a kettle but no plates or cutlery - the animations for children happened each day at 8pm which is a little odd time for this. My children were already in bed and had a hard time falling asleep hearing all the songs and noises coming from the pool area - the bedroom featured only bright light with no possibility to dim it

Great location, very clean and contemporary. Very helpful friendly staff. Nothing was too much trouble. Good half board included plenty of variety including local foods and dishes. Breakfasts particularly amazing. The Market Kitchen staff were lovely. Easy walks to 3 beaches and good easy access to Mondrago, Santanyi market, Palma etc. Great bonus was the electric chargers. Fantastic value and great to have them on site. Charge overnight and ready to go again. The pool is quite small for the size of hotel....but due to the two splash areas and the clientele being respectful and kind......it was more than adequate and clean!

One improvement that could be made may be better advertisement and communication over animation events. However we think this a hangover of COVID. The app is good but feels a little sterile compared to face to face. A noticeboard might be a helpful addition. Likewise with the bar drinks menu. Appreciate that there is an environmental resources issue here...they would be reusable. Online is great ....but it doesn't beat scanning quickly a laminated menu. We think you may get more sales as visual advertisement sells if it is on the tables. We missed the table tennis tables and other activities (archery etc). Not too much though.....as the relaxing spaces were very good! Finally a few more vegetarian protein based options may be helpful.

Amazing location, beautiful grounds & delicious breakfast & lunch options! A few minutes walk from a fantastic beach & lots of restaurants & shops nearby. Lovely pool with a bar & ice-creams available all day, activities for kids by the pool (we didn't need these, but it was nice to see the children having fun! We were there for a short weekend break with our teenage daughter & it was perfect as everything we needed was on-site or just a few minutes away. We took a longer walk to the marina one evening - about a 25 min walk to the near-side of the marina. We will definitely be back!

We would have liked a more varied dinner menu as I'm vegetarian & the evening meals were more geared to steak/meat options. We didn't pay for evening meals in advance (we only chose breakfast), so this worked out fine for us as we went out to eat in the evening (there are loads of restaurants nearby). There is a pizza take-away van on-site, but it wasn't open in the evenings.

Location is great, very good facilities and amenities, great breakfast, all you need is there. The beach is 3 min away. 3 restaurants at the location and a food truck.

At the check in the clerk wrongly try to charge my kids(13 and 15) the city tax that is applicable form age 16, even though that Booking clearly mentioned the amount of charge. In the last evening we wanted to try the dinner buffet and again they try to charge my 15 yo kid as an adult, after I confronted them about the ages and charges they were not sure what is the age to be charged as adults and the decided on spot that is 12 yo. I refuse this as they were making the rules as they pleased and just go for a la carte in a different location. Disappointing.

Room was very nice clean and new. Enough storage for clothes. Great shower. Location is superb! Breakfast amazing and lots of options. Staff very nice too. Very nice pools, lots of options for kids with water toys! Kids mini disco was amazing, and the adults show every night too. We loved everything

The only Opportunity for improvement is that it would be good to have more hooks/hangers in the bathroom for the towels, as we were 3 and there was only one hook. Also there was no hook for the hands towel.

Beautiful hotel within walking distance of beaches and the town. Everything about the hotel was lovely, from the room to the gardens to the pool. The staff during check in and check out were wonderful. The room was spacious with comfortable beds. It is within walking distances to 2x stunning beaches and to the Main Street with restaurants and cafes. Would definitely stay here again.

There were lots of kids and the pool was very loud and overcrowded. We didn't swim in the pool purely because it was just overflowing with young kids splashing and playing around and the beaches were far nicer anyways. They play very loud music for the kids by the pool which goes all afternoon and some nights the music would stay on to as late as 10pm - we didn't find this a problem but if others who needed to sleep earlier or had small children with bed times it may be better for a room further away from the pool :)

The location is amazing (beautiful Calas and town centre very short walks away), the staff were fantastic (clearly a lot of people go back again and again as the staff seemed to remember a lot of guests from previous stays), the buffet breakfasts were fantastic and the pool areas fun. There was also some kids entertainment at night which was very popular with our crew. We were lucky enough to be there during UEFA Euro Cup finals and they had the games on which were well attened and very fun given Spain were playing! Our room was lovely and the beds very comfortable.

Best value for the price in whole Island. We came for 9 days to Mallorca and 3 days stayed in Prinsotel Alba Cala D'or. As we have stayed in 4 different hotels in 4 different locations of the island during our whole stay, I can say 100% This was the best stay out of all of them. The area is so beautiful, quiet and clean. No any issues with parking and it feels very safe. Room is very spacios with the biggest and most comfortable bed and TV in bedroom and sitting room. Sitting room also has sofa bed and microwave, fridge, cofee making facilities and plenty of storage. Balcony for lovely sitting or eating and drying clothes. Rooms have separate entrance from each block and this is so good for your privacy and coming and going when you wish. Our block had small pool for kids, which was perfect as we came with a toddler. Very children friendly. Breakfast was lovely with a decent choice of food. There is a main pool, gym and sauna. All premises are newly renovated, clean and modern. This was only hotel we stayed at, that provided coffee making facilities in the room, even i thought this would be available everywhere. It wasnt available even in hotel that was 3 times more expensive than this near Palma. So this was really good. It is just 5 mins walk to the most beautiful beach in Mallorca Cala Gran. We tried and visited many beaches no other was so good as Cala Gran. I recommend this to anyone visiting Mallorca and I can assure best area to stay is in Cala D'or. Thank you for beautiful memories.

Very nice facilities and staff. The room was very spacious for three people and provided everything we needed, plus great views. The hotel is perfectly located in a quiet area, 2 minutes from Cala Gran and close to all of the restaurants, without being right in the center of it all where it’s loud. There is parking at the hotel plus tons of street parking surrounding the hotel that’s free.

We arrived late at night, and it was very hard to find the entrance. Google maps didn’t have the lobby building correct since the property is multiple buildings
