I had a great stay at your hotel, especially enjoying the activities, pool, daily room cleaning, and the beautiful rocky beach nearby. The complimentary birthday card was a lovely touch, and I appreciate it.

However, I must mention a significant issue that occurred at the restaurant/bar next to the pool near the rocky beach on the 25th of September. When I went to get my complimentary drinks there, the woman was exceptionally rude, with a tone that left me feeling uncomfortable (but I still managed to keep my cool and tried to smile). In fact, I regretted even getting the complimentary drinks due to her behavior. It's important to address such incidents to ensure a more pleasant experience for all guests. Overall, my stay was enjoyable, but this encounter left a negative impression.

Excellent location. All services near. Great scenery. Area was nice and quiet although fairly big hotel. Our room was on the road side but it was still very quiet. Pool was good, enjoyed swimming in the sea from the platform right in front of the hotel and also sandy beach was near (Cala Esmeralda). We had half board and it was definitely worth it, lots of variety at both breakfast and dinner. Friendly service.

Stayed in an older room that was not yet renovated. It was ok and not a surprise to us. Pricing for any extra service not included in the reservation was on the high side in my opinion. There was some mix-up with the reservation when checking in, but the hotel staff sorted it out quickly. Restaurant was a bit noisy and crowded at times as the hotel was quite full.

room was a generous size with a great little balcony. right on the water with easy access to the nearby beaches and coves. loved the banana lounges which overlooked the water. heaps of facilities and activities if you have young ones. cleaners were thorough and polite!

unfortunately the bed was quite uncomfortable and hard, two single beds pushed together which would separate during the night. aircon didn’t really work, more of a fan. Unfortunately the walls are quite thin and can hear everyone around you. definitely more of a family resort, be prepared for lots of children running around.

The location is perfect. We were sold by the picture of the rocks, where you could jump straight into turquoise waters, and it didn't disappoint. The sea is also a great place for paddle boarding and snorkeling (there's lots of fish). For a sandy beach you can just go to Cala Esmeralda or Cala Gran which is a bigger beach. Our children loved the pools and activities. The apartment is only minutes away from restaurants (I recommend Bon Sol and Paparazzi) or a 10 min stroll in to Cal D'Or centre, the nightlife is great. Our room (older in style) was basic but clean and had A/C. The cafe/bar at the hotel was our favourite spot for 3pm tapas with lovely staff and a good menu for children/ fussy eaters. We choose Cala Azul over Esmeralda, and are happy with this choice. You get full access to Esmeraldas entertainment and beach but without the noise. There is a whole adults area too, so if you are not traveling with children, best to stay there.

There was very little to not like. The WiFi went down for a few days with very little explanation why. The sun beds are all taken in the morning however the lifeguard does remove them after a period of time (which is good).

The location was fabulous, the resort was set right on the coastline and the views were amazing, it was also so close to lots of shops and restaurants. Our accomodation was gorgeous we were in a superior apartment and it was lovely, very modern, very comfy beds and extremely clean, Conchy cleaned our room everyday and done such a great job, she was so friendly, it was such a treat.

There is not much I didn't like, but my main complaint would be that there wasn't enough for older kids to do ...inflatables were not allowed in the pool, in the evenings my 11 year old was bored, he was too old for the evening entertainment and there is only so much mini golf and pool you can play. We had breakfast included, it was nice but could have been more diverse, also brand products like kinder nutella and heinz ketchup was a request from my kids.

The location is absolutely incredible, no more then a 10 min walk to the centre which has plenty of restaurants and bars but is also less than a 2 min walk to Cala Esmeralda beach but also has direct access to Cala Fererra. The local bus and electric train goes from right outside reception also!

Our double apartment was two single beds pushed together which isn’t a deal breaker but was annoying. Some of the apartments have been redecorated however we had one of the older apartments. Nothing particularly wrong with it but just that it was dated but everything functioned as it should

This is a great location for families and it has something for everyone. The food was good enough but the really great thing about this stay was the location. Our room had a million dollar view overlooking the cliffs and the sea. We could walk down in 30 seconds and jump into the sea! But, we didn't have a lot of privacy because we were on the ground floor. I would stay here again, it is touristy but the kids really liked all the amenities and the cliff jumping was amazing! If we come again I would request a room that is not on the ground floor.

The beach was very crowded with some trash around. They had someone cleaning the garbage cans on the beach. They really need a beach clean up crew as well. Also after storms there is quite a bit of trash floating in the water by the cliff jumping. Someone could easily fish it out with a net so that guests are not swimming in trash. This is of course not the fault of the resort, it is just a detail that could easily be addressed to make the experience better. Also they need to put a water fountain in the gym and gym towels.

The rooms were cleaned every day- and the beds- also fresh towels every day. My room was the newly refurbished room block B- and it was emaculate. the pool was lovely and the pool bar/ cafe right on the complex facing the sea. Food here was great. The buffet dinner was basic the buffet breakfast was great! Reception very friendly and helpful. No problems staying here. Will be back again!

Family friendly resort near beach and with some outdoor pools. The resort is quite big and has very good location. It has everything you need for family vacation. Staffs were very friendly and helpful. The apartment has big balcony and very good wifi.

The Apartment was little run down and seemed like it was not improved quite some time. Two single beds put together as one, so bed was always drifting away opposite sides leaving big space in the middle. The kitchen is equipped very basic.
