Staff were fabulous, especially Ana Belén on reception, for whom nothing was too much trouble. Location was great, central for everything.

Pool area was too small with not enough sunbeds, especially as people put towels on sunbeds to 'reserve' them and then went out for the day! I did like the 2nd pool which was smaller but better for swimming.

The property was good and spaced out over two buildings and the property we were in was not on the beach admittedly only a couple of min walk away but the blurb does say positioned on the beach. The staff were always polite and helpful when they could be. The food was excellent great choices and plenty of everything, at all sittings And at certain periods of the day the pool bar provided snacks on the side. The pool bar closes at 8pm and then you have one other all inclusive bar across from the main hotel in the other complex which was usually manned by 1 bar attendee. In another area outside this all inclusive bar they had a cordoned off bar area where there was nightly entertainment but it wasn’t and isn’t included in your all inclusive deal! This area is the cocktails area, you have to pay and is fully staffed! The pool area was often cramped, beds too close together for my personal comfort. There were two pool options one with a bar and one across the street attached to their other complex which is much quieter no noisy poolside music. But again you must be up early to put your towel on the very uncomfortable lounges if you want a spot for the day! We found the loungers on the beach much more comfortable and cheap at 14 euros for a full day for two bed and inclusive of a straw parasol! Our room was spacious and we had an enormous balcony but l think we just struck lucky with that but it was to no benefit because there was only two plastic chairs and a a small drinks table on it! A real sun trap though if you don’t mind lying on the hard terrace! The all inclusive bar closed promptly at 11pm and then the outside areas were manned by a security guard to ensure there was no noise above a certain decibel that included loud laughter. Which is all good if you retire early or have an early flight to catch! So basically the hotel and all surrounding areas are shut by 12 midnight !

Nothing really, very good value for money for what you get!

Before we arrived I was a little bit scared because of the reviews but I don’t understand why are there such a bad reviews. My experience was totally awesome😍 me and my family liked it, the stuff was very nice (the housekeeper was always helpfull, the receptionists were also nice). I recommend to visit this hotel. The price was also good. We loved the breakfast too.

There was nothing I wouldnt like just a little problem for me was that the walls in rooms are probably too thin so we heard other people snoring. But even though I would go there again.

Rooms were clean, staff were friendly and helpful, food was good.

I think the pool area is not big enough for the new expansion of the hotel. I believe people must have been up at the crack of dawn putting towels on beds and chairs as when we came down on a morning there was not a seat available. Also not very happy about people being allowed to smoke at the entrance as my husband has to use the ramp and was choking by the time he got to the bottom.

The location is great, a few minutes' walk to the beach. We are all-inclusive but didn't particularly enjoy the food and drinks selection, however, there are restaurants, bars, and cafes around so it's all okay. The bedroom is simple and clean so it's still worth the price.

Everything. Location next to the beach, clean room with nice balcony, all inclusive and possibility to keep luggage after checkout and free shower! Stuff was nice on reception, during food service, cleaning stuff; everyone was smiley and helpful.

Nothing. Small point: maybe I did not understand it but it seemed water for drinking could be taken during serving of the food , i would suggest to have some tap water at reception available all the time. maybe also all inclusive alcohol was small choice, I would expect sangria to be included too, c'mon it is Spain :)

Food, location, room service

Only 2 coffee machines with hot water and queue to get hot drinks. The space of the dining room a little bit tight at this quantity of guests. I was in the middle of June. Can’t imagine what will be there in July when season starts.

This hotel was good value for money. There staff is very friendly and helpful. Always serving with a smile and a positive attitude. The food was excellent and a good variety. The drinks was great and they did excellent cocktails. Carla was an amazing and helpful staff as she assisted me with my hotel transfer to the airport as I did not understand the language. With her help I was able to relax and enjoy the rest of my holiday. The staff in general are all amazing from the pool bar staff, hotel bar staff to the food service staff I receive a great service overall which made my stay much more enjoyable.

The bathroom in my room was a bit tight getting in and out the shower but outside of that it was a lovely stay and the room was comfortable.

Hotel was very modern, beds were extremely comfortable, pool area was very clean and tidy. The restaurant was like new, the food was OK.

Options at evening meal could have been a bit better, usual strange things that even the English and Germans didn't know what the hell it was 😂 They could do with doing the safe bet food every night which is pizza and chips just so people have a meal.
