I loved the location and convenience of being so close to a beach and shopping, if needed. The accommodations were nice and I liked the breakfast and dinner being included in with the price of the hotel room.

I didn't like the mosquitos at the property - especially in the eating hall. If you know there is a mosquito problem, close the windows and have the air conditioner on for your guests. This would be much better than having guests have mosquito bites. I got bit every night while there. I think the hotel should have wifi for free. We are 2021.... 99% of hotels don't charge a daily rate for wifi service.

The hotel was located right on the beach and in the middle of the town, which was great. The staff were very friendly. The breakfast and dinners had lots of options. The pool has heaps of lounges and a great view of the beach. There is lots of parking on the surrounding streets, so we didn't have any issues parking our hire car.

The beds weren't very comfortable.

The view from the room was amazing. The food variety was really diverse, we could try traditional food as well. The staff in the reception was really kindful. The beach was clean and close to the hotel.

It is hard to find a park place in front of the hotel.

Charging for Wi-Fi 3 euros a day this should be free

The place is to relax and not worry of anything! There are many positive point for this hotel: -Big comfy quite room with balcony toward sea! We booked a simple room but to our surprise our balcony had little view to the sea which was very nice. The room was made every single day. The pool was also very clean and enjoyable. -The staffs are nice and polite plus they speak your language English, German and etc. -The food buffet was very acceptable. In every meal, they try to incude some local Spanish foods, starters or even desserts which is rare to see in most of the hotels. -The location is very central and every thing is nearby. Despite that fact that is central it is not a big hassle to park your car. -Cala Millor is a city but the beach infront of hotel looks very untouched with crystal clear water! So you don't need to go far to enjoy a nice beach!

A fridge in room would be helpful 🙂

The staff were very kind and polite. Varied and very tasty food. Perfect location. My husband and I were very well received and attended to when we requested a room upgrade and late check out.

Don't have great WIFI network.

Location was fantastic . Beach was literally across the road . Could see the beach and ocean from my bed by pool . Happy days says Kyle Hayes . Once set up by the pool I could just pop over and back to the beach and pool .

Dinners had a lot of choice but not great for potatoes or meat . I am irish bye the way . mostly chips , wedges etc . not even mash potatoes . Catered more for German and central European tastes . Breakfast was very good with a good selection on offer . I had scrambled eggs and beans , Black pudding etc so a full irish breakfast was available and one could eat as much as they wanted . Overall happy enough with the food there . Staff were very friendly and spoke Spanish, German and a bit of English .

I really loved the location of the hotel, located right on the beach. Breakfast was wonderful and eclectic every morning. Our room was spacious and super clean. The staff are very kind!!! It was good that the bus stop was near and also the shops.

Dinner didn’t win us any night, maybe that was the biggest negative as well as the lack of a fridge in the room. I also suggest playing music by the pool and keeping the beach bar open a little longer in the evening or some programs. Other than that, I liked the hotel and I am satisfied.
