The food was amazing with so much choice each day and everything I had, whether at breakfast, lunch or dinner, was superb! The location was excellent being just a two minute walk from the beach, whilst the hotel facilities were excellent, I couldn’t have been happier with my decision to stay here.

The only tiny fault was that there was no bottled water in the fridge inside the bedroom.

Location and specially food is excelent. Few steps away from beach, bus to Palma 3 minutes away, shopping street few steps away. The plus was heated inside pool - but very small. Outside pool very cold and noone was actually swimming in this one. We had AI so we had all 3 meals and a quality of food was really excelent, and also a lot of different choises. Luckly we were there just for a few days, so we did not gain too much weight 😉. Beds are comfortable. Also we had a challange realizing on airport that we did not got all ID cards back from reception. But hotel was sending a taxi with our ID to airport, so we catch a flight in last second . Thank you hotel staf for your help😀

You need to do deposit for pool towls. No watter or anything in mini bar in a room.

Location and extremely good value for what was on offer

I booked pool view, on arrival our room was second floor with a view of roofs below, we went to reception who explained that rooms are poolside, i showed my booking of pool view, reception said hotel was full but did manage to move us rooms, they really were excellent. We were only an overnight stay but for me location and what I have booked are all part of the experience ☀️

The hotel is on the second line, 2-3 minutes from the beach. The breakfast is very rich and varied. Every evening was themed, with freshly prepared food. The beds are very comfortable. The staff is very kind and responsive. The location of the hotel is perfect.

Clean areas in all hotel.Personal very friendly.Bar staff surprised in evening all orders pick up personal from tables.Only few minutes from sea, nice indoor and outdoor pools . Food and drink choice for everyone.

Just loud music on weekend if you get number in that side were some disco clubs

My stay in this hotel was very good. Very good kitchen, swiming pool and bar was exellent. I would like to thanks, especjally to reception staff (Delia and Rosa) and bar staff (Jordi, Pablo, Cristina, Cristo and Alex).

All was good. The room should be a little biger.

The room was a little small for three family members. We would book two rooms for future stays.

The bed is huge, we requested a cot bed for my daughter and she got a soft toy as well which is really cute. The lady who cleaned our room was so polite and friendly.

Very noisy (room next to the Havana disco), twin beds uncomfortable for a couple, food a bit repetitive
