The room was comfy and clean. There was a good selection of food at the buffet and most of it was good quality. Evening entertainment was cheesy but fun.

we were in a ground floor 1 bedroom apartment which was supposed to have a terrace but this consisted of a table and chairs plonked onto a patch of earth outside the door with no privacy. upper floors had lovely balconies with loungers!

The staff was very friendly, helpful, house keeping was daily, food was tasty.

Drinks was expensive, cocktails was expensive and not nice,, towels not replaced when dirty ones was taken. Lift wasnt working properly.

we had a ground floor garden room facing the pool which was handy as it had its own sun loungers in the garden. The hotel is walking distance to many shops and restaurants which is handy.

The hotel is tired and really needs modernization. Our doors on our room needed to be fixed on the first day, second day the ac in bedroom stopped working. Plug sockets were broken and one of the days the electric didn’t work in the block which was very annoying. Also the room keys stopped working and the machine at reception broke

We were all surprised by the hotel services. Everyone was very kind, the place had a great atmosphere with music and family programs, the food was exceptionally good and we had so many choices for every meal. the diversity was awesome. It was a great surprise because the reviews were who knows why pretty bad. But don’t let it influence you, go for it. The price is unbelievable for an experience like this. Also great location in a picturesque neighbourhood.

We had a really 1 bedroom apartment style room just for 2 of us. Its an airbnb experience within a hotel. We loved it. Beds were giant and very comfortable. We had a small private garden in our room pool facing.

Since its a family hotel kids start swimming very early kust in front of our room. At least pool can open a bit later than 8am so guests can have a better sleep.

Nice resort with beautiful beaches nearby, and a good bus connection to Palma. The room was clean and spatious, there's a pool and some bars/restaurants.

Not a place for solo travellers.

It was super clean we went all inclusive and to be honest they couldn’t feed you enough it was the best place I’ve ever stayed in Staff were friendly helpful .it was very clean pools were cleaned everyday . I would defiantly recommend and if there are any bad reviews not to listen to them I have been and I speak volumes about this hotel .

Rooms were slightly dated, however good in size! Could have had more options at snack times and ice creams could have been included

The location was perfect and has an access to several beaches. Moreover, there were a wide range of cafes and restaurants near the hotel. Furthermore, the staff were very friendly and kind. Everything was perfect.

There some small points to become more perfect: 1- There was a billiard table but I think it should be kept from sun and raining which somehow destroy it. And the same apply for the table tennis. 2- We faced some problems with opening the door of the room, sometimes was not responding to the card. 3 in the room, there was a TV, but without remote control
