great place! Antonia, the owner is really nice and was very kind in accepting our late check in. they also provide sun umbrellas and towels upon requests. the location is great, in the center of cala d'or. plus it was clean and had everything you might need

wifi didn't work very well but i didnt need it. but it might be relevant for people that have to work remotely

For something that is technically a "hostel", the room was spacious and clean. This was a single day visit to Cala d'Or to see a friend, whilst we were actually staying on holiday for longer at a Four Star TUI Hotel in Santa Ponsa - and this much cheaper 'hostel' here even had a bath as well as a shower! And unlike our four star hotel our longer holiday stay was based around, the air conditioning in the Hostel San Francisco actually worked well and kept us cool. It was great to have a budget hostel that actually had better bathroom, and better air conditioning than our actual four star hotel elsewhere.

Very little at all that was negative. I think the only thing I can point out is that there doesn't appear to be any lifts, so maybe bear that in mind if higher up. It wasn't an issue for us though, and there's honestly virtually nothing I can say that is bad about the hostel. Our short stay was lovely.

Great location! Clean and comfortable. Is simple but was great for the price. Good walking distance to a lot of little beaches (calas). The staff was friendly as well. Fresh towels everyday. Plus a little balcony with some plastic chairs.

My room had two twin beds pushed together but since it was just me I put the sheet over them both and made a big bed and it was very comfy.

Perfect location. Near to beautiful Cala Gran beach and all centre facilities. Everything on the doorstep. Cafes, restaurants, shops and bus services. Communication with Hostal San Francisco prior to and during our stay was excellent. Met our expectations and good value for money. Clean and comfortable.

It is very close to the centre and the beaches. 2 of the best beaches in the area are in 5 minutes walk distance. The lady at the receptionist is wonderful. We got umbrella for the beach. You can book programs there they can arrange the buses, shuttle to the airport. We arrived at 1am still we were welcomed and there were no problems at all. The rooms were cleaned daily and the towels were changed every 2 or 3 days.

Unfortunately, due to COVID the breakfast, lunch and dinner options are no longer available but since there is a Spar and several restaurants it's manageable.

Room was very good for our one night stay we were delayed until early ours of the morning and the lady stayed and waited for us to arrive and was very friendly, room was very clean and had aircon

I was getting ready in the morning around 9.30 (checkout was until 11am) and my partner left the room to take our cases down and he told the cleaner I was getting changed so to give it 10-15 mins and she proceeded to walk into the room

Location is perfect - very central and easy to walk to restaurants, beaches etc. Staff are very friendly and helpful, other guests were being very loud during the night and playing loud music and the host was prompt in telling them to stop.

got woken up numerous times during the night by loud guests, if you aren’t looking for a party trip this might be inconvenient for you. The photos of breakfast left us under the impression that we would receive breakfast however apparently this hasn’t been running since pre covid so we were disappointed

This is my second time in Cala D’Or. Great spot for groups, families, couples or single travelers. Hostel was great. Antonia is the best! She’s really sweet and will help you with anything you need. The location is great, in the middle of the center, supermarket around the corner and close to beaches Cala Gran and Cala Petita. Room was clean as well and a big balcony to chill at.

the only thing we missed was a mini fridge to keep drinks and food.

The room were very clean and organised, and the staffs were friendly. The location was perfect, very close to the most beautiful beaches in Calador.

The air-conditioning wasn't working so well and It didn't have a refrigerator in the room. It would be great if they provided a refrigerator in the room.
