Loved the location! The staff were so lovely as well. Awesome pool facilities and the bathroom was clean and new towels were provided every day. The views from the balcony were exceptional. Beds were comfy but the double bed was just 2 single beds pushed together with seperate linen.

The rooms did not have any complimentary tea or coffee, despite having a kettle. There also wasn’t much space to cook if we wanted to. The water from the tap was undrinkable, but that’s not the property’s problem, just need to buy your own water. Our room was at the very back of the property with a fence and old gate nearby, it would’ve been awesome if we could use that gate to exit easy but it is closed off.

Extremely good value - 20/30 min walk into centre, good facilities like pools, entertainment ect. Opted for bed and breakfast, was okay nothing special by any means but definitely filled a hole! Recommend getting breakfast on of the cafes close by for only €7. Restaurant manager was extremely rude but apart from that staff were okay. Room was spacious and clean! Lost of ants so don’t leave any food around the room!

During our 3 night stay the cleaners kept on walking into our room and all times day and night without knocking! We were woke up a few times at 6am.

Loved the apartment which was close to the pool. Entertainment on at night. Pizza at bar was great. Staff friendly and helpful. Great seating outside of room.

Was self catering and limited due to two hobs, no oven or microwave. Shower didn't have a way to stop water running off wall tiles onto floor outside of shower which meant floor got covered in water.

Really enjoyed our holiday here in September! We were surprised for the price how much we loved the room and hotel generally. Lovely grounds and pools and the best thing is the FANTASTIC location close to loads of bars, restaurants, only a few minutes from a brilliant beach and just a little further to the stunning marina.

A bit of a pain that the room didn't have basic things like a kettle and hairdryer, but otherwise lovely and spacious and clean. Quite a lot of broken sunbeds at the pools (i.e. stand to lift the backrest up) which would be a quick fix to make the pools more comfortable.

We liked the apartment and it was nice and close to one of the pools. The staff in the cafe were very nice. The location was good if just wanted to stay in the area but not ideal for more things to do as a family.

The staff had no idea that there was a local bus and advised taking a taxi for the 30km distance to another area. There was a local bus but only found this out too late. Problem with getting a kettle that worked or one that didn't blow the lights. Toilet seat on floor when arrived. Was sorted but about to fall off again.

Everything else was good

No Satellite TV, and told reception twice.Also extra pot, no frying scoop, no tin opener

Some lack of wi-fi. And in all inclusive not all drinks were available. Tap water was non-drinkable tastewise

It was very big and spacious, the pools and common areas seemed well taken care.

There was a big distance between the front desk and the rooms, and there was no rear access for unloading luggage.

Good fresh food, not that much choices but lives up to the price. Food ingredients were not bad they had meat, lamb, mussels etc. and one night of Sushi (not an amazing sushi but at least something diferente) serving with many different kinds of beverages beer wines sodas etc. The shows at night was good. They had Flamenco dance show and Music quiz was very fun. The pools were amazing. They had 3 pools optional for hanging around with all inclusive cocktails and others drinks. The staff were so nice and they were very strict about wearing mask in the food area which is good.

As many people said, the cleanliness need to be improved. Lots of ants and tap water is very salty, the water temperature fluctuated. The bed was not that comfortable.

Room in perfect place, near to the pool. Heated pool was excellent. Hotel location was perfect.
